I am so grateful to this company :) for releasing easy to take organic label supplements. You can tell that this product is nourishing my body, I love it. It is such a simple product, Mary Ruth has a simple and practical approach to good health. I wish Mary Ruth that your company would offer all of the basic vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients in organic label! That would be super essential for everyone's at home medicine cabinet.

I like this, it tastes good and seemed to be a way to consume Vitamin A without swallowing capsules. But the instructions are to take 10 drops daily, and the liquid flows out of the dropper so fast that it is impossible to count the drops when dropping directly into my mouth, as suggested. So I drop into a spoon and take from the spoon, but since it is 'oily' It sticks to the spoon, so I don't know if I get it all.
