I just started sourdough, an Amish lady suggested this when sourdough starter seems sluggish instead of adding yeast. Worked great.Shared with my Amish neighbor who said something about her's was sluggish. She pasted the info along at Church the following Sunday.

this is probably just me or.... but this hops powder did nothing to help my problem of sleeplessness!

I use this stuff in my tea, I pair with my CBD flower, to give me that extra sedative kick for a good nights sleep! Really good stuff a bit bitter , but if you combine it with other herbals you can mellow out the flavor with some milk and honey. Great stuff!
