A must for a UK summer heat wave.
It is a really good cooler for a mildly warm summer, so it has been really good here in Cheshire (i.e. UK Summers). For warmer climates, it wouldn't be very effective, I would then look into a gas-based air-con system. It was still important to use the ice blocks for the warmer days, but they did the trick, and you can reuse them.

Cheap & Flimsy
DIDN'T WORK PROPERLY THE AIR FLAPS WERE CRUSHED AND DID NOT SWING this product is very cheap looking & the functions are not very good, air output rubbish and wouldn't advise buying this product..Did NOT cool down the room.. still not received my refund

One of the vents not working properly, and the air blows the top vent cover down so just points at the floor. Contacted company and they weren't helpful

Small and easy to work
Gives off an effective fan of cold air with the ice block in the reservoir. Will be keeping it packed up for the next hot spell of weather.

Worked great for a couple of days but the swing function has stopped.
Blows cool air especially if you use the ice blocks provided. Big shame about the swing function failing cba to send it back

Don't bother buying it!!!!! Worst fan ever
This 'fan' is the worst possible fan I've ever come across, I'd be better off paying £12 from home bargains or something... literally get more breeze of the £2 handheld mini fans.The only reason I haven't returned it is because I flattened the box it came in and don't have another. The only way to feel any air from it is if it is directly in front of you about 2 inches away it's awful.
