ASICS Men's Cyber Throw London Track Shoe

Great Fit! I would never buy another brand of shot put/discus shoes except for those sold by VS Athletics. Unfortunately, the textured soles of the old Adidas & Puma shoes are no longer available. The only problem with this Asics shoe is that these Asics shoes tend to be one-half to one full size smaller than my regular shoes, depending on the model, which still baffles me. In closing, these shoes are tops in my book and well worth searching for! And getting a good price on them is like winning the lottery!

Having not thrown for over 20 years, coming back in to this because my kids are in to track/field, I gave these shoes a try due to their low price here on amazon. Oddly, some sizes are much much cheaper than other sizes, and in fact one pair I bought for my daughter 2 hours later was up to full price. Anyway, I am a big guy, ordered the 15s and was a little worried from other comments about them being narrow. However, for the price, compared the the $100+ shoes out there (of which I could not find any in my size), I figured I'd give them a shot. 20+ years ago I had some Nike rotational shoes that were ok at best (back then I had a cheap college budget ... so not much has changed ;). Anyway, given that the retail price of these are often about the same price as the well worn nike zooms, I figured they are probably decent maybe comparable. Well I can tell you I am pleasantly surprised. The 15's fit my size 14ish foot, I do have a little room in the toes, so I'd prefer a 14.5 and I may try the size 14 if the price drops down to the lowest I got these at, but they are quite comfortable. They are lighter than my old ones, and the toe has a better rotational design to it than what I used to use. I don't know if I'd pay the $100+ that some places offer these at, compared to the Nike rotational shoes.. having ended up ordering my daughter the nike zoom 6, it's quite a sturdier/nicer shoe overall than this. But for the < $40 I paid for these... I am blown away. If you can find these for ~ $50 I'd opt to get two pairs of these over the $100+ nike shoes especially if you're a growing high school kid. I doubt the nike's or any other shoe gives you that much more spin/control/support than what these offer. Hope this helps some out. Like I said.. look for the lower price and grab them if you can. Oh..for the ladies that may be interested.. I bought an 8.5 mens in both the nike and this for my daughter (she is a size 10 to 10.5 in women depending on shoe). The 8.5 in these were too big for her, where as the 8.5 in Nike zoom 6 fit her just right with a tiny bit of room. So.. these seem to run a little big. I'd suggest if you're a size 10 in women, to get the 7.5 or 8 in these.

The shoe looks nice and feels good as far as I can tell. I haven't thrown in them yet but they look like they will do. I wear an 11 in Nike so I ordered the 11 thinking it would be very close to same. I would say this shoe is a full size bigger. Very spacey, so I would order smaller than you think. Other than that it is a nice shoe and seems to be very good quality. I am excited to throw in them and see. James

I love this shoe. I use it for lawn bowling since lawn bowlers are required to use shoes with a flat surface. I was surprised how comfortable they are. But I had to return the first pair because sizes in this shoe run larger than other shoes. I usually wear a size 11 but it was at least one size too big. I returned it for a size ten and it fits perfect.

Best throwing shoe on the market for the price. Great quality and synthetic leather shapes to your feet. Only complaint is the fitting. I'm a size 13 and when I first tried these on, I could immediately tell they were too long - at least an inch space between my toe and the front of shoe. I recommend going a full size down, especially since the gap difference was very apparent.

Got these for my son who throws shot and discus in high school.....HE LOVES THEM! His shot max increased 3 feet and his discus max increased 10 feet the first time he wore these. He says they have a great feel during rotation and great toe grip through the finish. Good shoe for glide or rotational. He also likes the way they look. Highly recommended!

I purchased these shoes for my daughter who is in her second year of throwing in HS. She loves the classy style of the shoe without it being too loud with bright colors. Although I say it fit as expected, it is a little tight in the top area with the laces and zipper. We removed the laces and it gave her the extra room she needed for a more comfortable fit. I wanted a pair for myself, I hope they make regular sneakers in this style someday.

It's very nice Shoes, very high quality and it looks very good. The only thing that held me back was the lace! I had to return it because I was looking for a Slip on shoes. This shoes has a Hook-and-loop closure, Zipper and Lace which is not showing at any picture. Kind a much for me. the Size is true fits as it should.
