I’ve been suffering with a migraine for most of this week and my usual medication wasn’t working . After desperately searching for an alternative to medication I came across the Halo cold cap . As soon as it arrived I popped this into the freezer for an hour , the bag was really useful to keep the cap protected whilst it was chilling . I must say the cold was too much to begin with so I waited a few minutes and tried again . The cap provided instant relief and the soft gel texture was comforting, the weight of the cap is great as the extra pressure supports in relieving pain. The Halo Cap is so easy to use and is excellent quality , the gel stays cold for a long time and the bag provided is handy for storage and to protect when freezing. You can wear the cap above your eyes or if you prefer to cover up your eyes to provide a dark place to ease your head . The cap is also really comfortable to sleep in and provides extra cushion support with the gel. I would definitely invest in this if you are a frequent migraine or headache sufferer. I have been suffering for years and I wish I had invested in one of these sooner !

Not used yet, bought one as a gift and was so impressed with the quality, I asked for one for myself! I currently have a cheaper version or this product but it only has gel at the front whereas this one has gel front and back to cool the whole head. If like me, you suffer with migraines and/or headaches, these things are a game changer and will provide instant relief from symptoms!

Really good migraine cap. I’ve tried cheap ones but this one is by far 100x better. The gel pads cover the entire front and back of the cap and are very thick gel pads. It is a heavy cap but I actually think that helps with the headaches and migraines I get. The only downfall for me is that it only stays cold for maybe 10 minutes (I keep mine in the freezer constantly until I need to use it to it’s freezing cold but warms up quite fast). Overall I’d say it’s working really well to give me some relief though and doesn’t take too long to become cold again once it’s back in the freezer.

I have suffered migraines for many years and struggled to find a solution to keeping an ice pack on my head. This hat is a revelation - it is made of 2 quite thick gel panels, encased in a soft fabric. It comes in a ziplock bag, which I keep it in on a shelf in my fridge. You could keep it unrefrigerated and just pop it in the freezer for 10 minutes instead. The cap is quite heavy on, you can wear it slightly higher on your head like a beanie or pull it down over your eyes if you are going to lie down. I love the cool sensation and darkness of pulling it over my eyes. I've fallen asleep with it on (something I've never been able to do with a bad migraine previously), and it really does reduce the severity of the pain. It stays cool for ages, and still manages to feel cool if stored at room temperature. Useful for all headaches, not just migraine.

Just an amazing product super lightweight but still provides pressure which aids in the pain relif factor which works like a charm. 2 hours in freezer means 2 hours of it stayin cold it seems durable i have had 0 issues with it its just perfect not fully blackout but does an amazing job

This does exactly what it says.. it is amazing for headaches and migraines, the temperature is absolutely freezing cold once you put it in the freezer and it stays cold for quite a long time. The weight of it is quite heavy and the quality is really good, soft lining. The relief it gives you from pain is instant. I temporarily used it as an ice pack on my cheek for my toothache which it took the pain away and made it numb straight away. I haven’t used it warmed up yet but I can not see it being disappointing.

Amazing ice hat. It works amazing for migrain and isomnia. I will say if you put it in freezer it almost too cold to forget about current migrain. It gets good temperature in 10 minuts after freezer so it might be better keep in fridge. I think this gives me enough cold temperature for 20 to 30minuts in 20 digreed room 36.5℃body temperature (not temperature of my head). I thought it is long time enough per time because it cools down in freezer so quickly. It is like flexible icy fabric which doesn't give me wet head. Thickness is like 1cm. My husband who doesn't have migrain didn't like this product but if he get migrain one day, he will definitely love it. So this is about me if helps for person who thinking to buy this kind of hat, I get migrain every 4am caused by isomnia so i leave this next to my pillow room temperature then wear it at 4am to boost extra sleep. Also i have hornonal migrain for pregnancy too. I had hormonal migraine since befor pregnancy and really struggling to feel sick from the pain for long long time the Sumatriptan pill helps well for hormonal migrain but I could not take those kind of medication while pregnant. Also wanted to be off medicine for while. This was the best solution for me for migrain.

I use this for headaches and migraines. It works very well. It stays cold for a long time and is nice and snug so doesn’t fall off even if going to sleep with it on. I think it is comfortable to wear and the light pressure it creates actually helps soothe my migraines as well. I keep it in my freezer in a ziplock bag so it has to warm up a bit before use or it’s too cold but overall this is so useful to me and I would buy another if I ever needed to.

This was recommended to me by a fellow migraine sufferer. It’s hard to find products that help with the pain, but are also super easy to access when the pain strikes. This cap is great - it provides the right amount of pressure, is very cold, and such soft material. It stays on and it lasts about 30 minutes.

The gel is thick and is 360 degrees as advertised. Unlike many other cheaper options on Amazon where the gel pads only cover half the head (front or back) despite their advertising. the coolness only lasts about 30min even when taken ice cold from the freezer but it’s better than nothing. This has helped me avoid taking painkillers for my migraines.
