Can highly recommend adding The Little Book of Wellness to your reading list.
I discovered this author through my online networking and have followed her social media platforms for some time. I love how down-to-earth, honest, and open she is and enjoy reading her online content. When I spotted her book had been published I knew I had to add it to my reading pile.As it happened, my copy arrived the same time I was off my feet with a fractured ankle, so it seemed quite apt that I should read about wellness whilst recovering from an injury. The A-Z format means this is not a heavy read. Instead, you can dip in and out of the chapters that resonate with you. I was drawn to the sections on grounding, intentions, journaling, and visualisation. The information in the book is easy to read and digest. Richardson has carefully thought about the outline of her book and demonstrates this by providing a quick reference ‘this chapter will help you with…’ at the start of each section followed by ‘top tips’ at the end to help cement the learning opportunities. There is an extensive bibliography to prompt independent research if a specific chapter is of interest to you.I like the no-nonsense approach and the conversational way Richardson writes. You feel like the author is chatting to you about the things that matter. Can highly recommend adding The Little Book of Wellness to your reading list.

Game changer on looking after yourself
This A to Z is brilliant. It is full of information but in a way it can be understood & taken on board. Plus you can pop to any chapter at any time depending on what you'd like to go through again.

I can't put this down
I bought Tracy's book at a time when I was at rock bottom and needed a reminder of how to look after myself. This is the book I wish I'd had at my side throughout my life.I love the ability to dip in and out and find ideas and solutions. However, this book is so much more... Tracy shares her knowledge and her research providing easy-to-understand answers to common issues.Even though I know some of the answers, it's great to have a reminder at my fingertips and I love the A-Z format.

My new wellness bible!!!
‘The Little Book of Wellness’ is my new wellness bible. I love it.We live in strange times. We’re told to ‘follow the science’ and yet science today appears to ‘follow the politics’, or perhaps more accurately, it ‘follows the money’. When the integrity of Big Pharma falls short, and your GP only knows how to choose yet another drug from their limited pharmaceutical toolkit, who can you rely on for clear, factual information on how to actually be well?We all need someone to turn to in our confusion, someone with a rigorously open yet discerning mind who does their due diligence to ensure the science is rooted in evidence and actual real-life results and that’s exactly what Tracy does, in spades.I have just finished reading ‘The Little Book of Wellness’ and as someone who has dived headfirst off the health wagon recently, I feel invigorated and inspired. I feel like I have a source to return to again and again. There is so much there but I don’t feel overwhelmed. I have been reminded throughout how important small, manageable, daily habits are that build up over time and I can see areas where I can start straight away and what can be added to later. The information feels dense, deep, and rich but is kept light and easy to understand by the simple A-Z chapter structure and clarity of writing. It is clear, succinct, and relevant, backed up by credible science and cross-referenced to create a holistic picture of how our amazing bodies work in symphony to create harmony and disharmony. It’s perfect for everyone… newbies just starting out as well as old hats like me who have let things slip. There are countless tips on surprising ways to impact your wellness that will cost no more than your commitment and attention, as well as how to delve deeper in times when you need that bit more to regain balance. It is a one-stop-shop of wellness information, guidance, and support, easily digestible and accessible for all. Can you guess that I highly recommend it!

i'm really impressed with the book
I'm really impressed with the book . It was very readable and in good sized chapters that made it easy to digest. Content wise it's not too heavy with technical terms, and allowed enough details to understand in layman's terms some tricky topics. The top tips section is great to be able to go back to. I liked that it was not sequential chapters and I could read the ones most relevant to me first. Highly recommended to anyone looking to notice their health and wellness.

If dealing with chronic health problems this is a, “must have.”
I have practiced pain management for 30 years. Most of the time patients are spoken about in parts. I have back pain. I have poor sleep, I have poor digestion. But our body does not work in parts. This book offers a guide to not only how the body works but a holistic plan to help you improve mind, body and spirit. I highly recommend this easy to read guide to help support you on your health journey. Or even if you have no current underlying health problems use this book as a guide to optimize your health.
