I’ve tried so many powders and I’m so happy I found this! I have an electrolyte deficiency and the powders were either too strong or not enough - and/or they had too many ingredients that didn’t fit with my body. I absolutely love these. So convenient and I can completely tell a difference. I love how they are both convenient and also do not have unnecessary added ingredients. Great for autoimmune compromised people like me! :)

I have a really hard time getting enough to drink every day. And in the past there have been several times when I realized that i had depleted my electrolytes and was feeling really lousy (thought I might be having a heart attack one time). I used to buy the fizzy electrolytes from the popular vitamin place and they've changed their formula for the worse ... much worse. I was in search of another way to make sure I had something on hand if I needed it. Luckily came across these capsules. What a genius idea! Now I just take 2 every day and no more issues with low electrolytes. They're easy to take (although a bit on the larger size), seem to work great and puts my mind at ease. Would definitely recommend for anyone who might be deficient on electrolytes.

Great way to get electrolytes daily. Easy to use. We also use the powder form; percentages of electrolytes are different in each product. Best electrolyte healthy product we ever found on the market. I love these! Small, compact, and lightweight. I prefer capsules to normal powdered electrolyte mixes because you don't have to add them to water, which means no added sugar or sweeteners. And they're cheaper than most good quality electrolyte powders. I did a lot of research on available electrolyte capsules and decided on these. One thing to note is these have less sodium than others. I prefer this because most snacks/food I'm eating has plenty of sodium already.

I like Dr Berg's products in general. The hydration powder in individual serving packages is what I had been using regularly during my summer hikes/jogs. Some of the flavors in the assorted package of individual servings are not to my liking, although I used them all... mixed into a standard sized bottle of chilled spring water to go out on the trail. This is the same product without the appropriate sweetener in capsule form. Dr Berg's hydration formula emphasizes healthy salt and other ingredients and also doesn't contain unwanted chemicals. I used to consume well -known brands of "Sports Drinks"... until I began following Dr Berg and reading labels. Those mass market products are full of substances I no longer consume. These capsules are convenient to take so you don't have to mix the powdered product and they provide support with a good balanced electrolyte formula.

I really like this product and have purchased it directly from Dr. Berg’s site. When I came to Amazon to buy it again, I noticed several reviewers were worried about the trace‑minerals list they received from Dr. Berg’s office, so I did a bit of research using AI. Here’s what I learned… Arsenic isn’t added to this product — it shows up naturally in the sea‑mineral concentrate they use. When minerals come from seawater or ancient seabbeds, you get dozens of elements in tiny amounts, including beneficial ones (magnesium, boron, zinc) and unavoidable natural traces like arsenic. The company lists it for transparency and safety compliance, not because it’s intentionally included. The number shown (3.87 ppm) can look scary, but ppm means parts per million, which is a very small concentration. The actual amount per serving ends up being extremely tiny because only a small amount of the mineral concentrate is used in each scoop. For perspective, many everyday foods naturally contain much higher levels — rice can contain 100–200 ppm arsenic, and seaweed or shellfish often contain even more. So seeing a small ppm value in a trace‑mineral supplement is normal and not a sign of contamination. Hope this helps anyone else who was confused by the label.

This product is excellent... and typical of what I expect from Dr. Berg. The balance of electrolytes and ingredients is impressive, and - especially if you're working out or live in a hot climate - electrolytes can make a huge difference in endurance and energy. Recently, after surgery, I found myself feeling lightheaded at times. My "gut feeling" told me that the issue might be electrolytes, so I tried this product... and it worked well and quickly. This is a great product to have on hand, and - for me - far better than electrolyte beverages that may not have high-quality ingredients. Thank you, Dr. Berg!
