I’ve been ordering these supplements for years and will continue to do so. I chose this formula as I trust MegaFood brand for my multivitamins and the dose is something safe and sane. Most B complex formulas on the market are not only a waste, as B vitamins are water soluble and you urinate a lot of them out, but high doses can also be harmful, especially B6. The dose in this formula is just right and from natural sources not a chemical refinery.

Has a grassy, earthy taste, but I like that it's only 1 a day and I feel like my skin and nails have improved since taking these vitamins daily, but haven't noticed any difference in my hair. Will continue taking these though, I like the product enough to purchase again.

I have been taking this B Complex for years and it’s by & large, the best one for me. I have absolutely no stomach upset that I would typically have with other brands of B Complex which honestly it the biggest selling point for me about this product. I cannot tell you how many times prior to using this product exclusively, that after taking B Complex without eating a hearty meal immediately before or after that I would be absolutely nauseous & sick to my stomach & occasionally dry heave. None of that is an issue for me with this product and that alone sells it for me. I can’t speak to the “medical” claims of taking B Complex (hair growth, energy, etc) because I’ve literally been taking B Complex for so long that I don’t remember what it was like prior to taking it. The tablets themselves are large so if that’s an issue for you, you may want to consider that prior to purchasing. However, I’ve had no concerns with the size. My personal opinion is that these are the best B Complex vitamins out there for someone like myself who has a history of not being able to tolerate other brands on an empty stomach.

This supplement has become a regular in my daily diet. It keeps my iron levels at normal numbers.

Nice 100 mg be complex with the B6 not being too strong as it can be. Food-based, even better
