Per the label, mineral oil and white petrolatum.

China but it does work. Stayed on better than the name brand. The ointment is thicker.

What’s the expiration date for the latest purchase?

If I can be honest, when I purchased these, expiration date is when I’m finished with them!! I’m still using the same tube since I purchased them. Hopefully that helps you.☝🏽😁
