I purchased this during the summer and didn't hold out much hope of it working in the winter. Boy was I surprised!This is a great little light that has continued to work (ok so not as bright during the winter) all through the winter with not much in the way of sun. I have been really impressed and will be purchasing more.Note from previous review - This light is still going strong and has lit up every night since I purchased it.

Stupidly went by the pic on the product page and thought I was buying a set of three and not just one, so it's a bit expensive as a couple of my solar windspinners didn't cost much more. I couldn't find the other two sizes from the company either so I just have the solitary one. It's very pretty when lit up though so that' a plus.

Very expensive for one light. Just received this, so not sure on the quality when it works. For £12 it should be amazing. All i can say is it is misleading with the picture. You automatically think it is for three for this price .So beware to anyone thinking about this it is just for one. Will not order again!

Just done my garden up wanted some bigger lights I could have on my table these are just right size so pretty nice bright light, they also come with spikes so you can put them in the gound I'll be getting more smaller ones to pop in the ground aswellEdit so my large one stopped working after a few weeks I contacted the seller who replied straight away with ideas on why it wasn't working and then sent a replacement when the ideas didn't work definitely recommend

Order came really quickly and as soon as I started unpacking them I could tell they weren’t flimsy and lightweight. They are bigger than I thought they would be, that was the first nice surprise and they are a decent weight, not like some cheap ones I’ve looked at in budget shops. I bought them for the garden but honestly they are too nice and am going to keep them inside! Bit more expensive maybe than some in the shops, but the quality and warm bright light are worth the money 100%

So the description states this is a:-12cm solar powered cracked glass garden light ball with 10 warm white LEDs. Outdoor ornamental decor pathway illumination lights for patio, yard, lawn decoration ~ 12cm.This globe solar 12cm diameter light has 10 led lights on a wire indie the crackled glass.All you have to do is to decide if you want the spike base attached to the bottom before placing in the garden and not to forget to switch on first.Took a minute to place the two pieace spike in the base of the light. So I was able to press into the raised planter that's surrounding the perimeter of the garden. It not only lights up but it give a nice addition to the surrounding plants.We have tested this 12cm diameter one and they do two other sizes if you wanted to add additional ones but at the time of this review the price for this one is £13.99.Personally I think that's alot, so I wouldn't be purchasing the other sizes yet. I think I would rather wait for the summer to see if this one actually lasts.Because it does look nice in the day time alone slbut adding a feature, of the crackled glass globe... (I mite have told the kids it's santa globe and he's watching all rear round lol)As long as it lasts then I would recommend it but it is costly.I have found that with solar lights it's 50/50 if they last like they should.I think 4 stars for now. This is a lovely addition to my garden. I have it positioned between Mt plant pots. Lovely and bright. Very pleased.
