The incliner support was very comfortable and fully supported my arch height. I did not have to cut to size for my tennis and dress shoes, and I did not feel any slippage while walking or running. Overall, I had no pain in the soles of my feet and enjoyed the purchase.

I should have known better but it's really uncomfortable. It doesn't feel right in my shoe, and I feel like I need to go up a size to get it to fit right. I don't feel confident on the support, but there is no arc support at all. I haven't gone out with it because I could not bare the way it felt. Had to return.
