Amazon Delivery on time as Scheduled.Product is New and is working FineIFB Demo happend in 2 days (chennai Location)was looking for microwave oven and done analysis on various products available both physical and online stores. decided to go for 25L as we are family of 5. Zero in on IFB as it has Stainless Steel Cavity, while others have Ceramic.Price of this size is over 10K and got it on Deal at good price. Did not notice the Product code and later understand that Deal is due to Old Model IFB, Yes Got the 1.3 year old piece, manufactured Oct 17. But Piece is new and do not have traces of used one/returned product, tested slightly on heating water, baking potato and frying snacks. it does its duty well.IFB demo is scheduled by amazon, got a call that they are not able to come next day But promise to come on Saturday. Not very impressed, he showed demo of product and suggest to use stabilizer. I ask what should be voltage of stabilier, Engineer said 1Kv, I asked this oven is over 2KW, he do not have answer. But overall fine with other details.Looks like amazon delivery boys ask for Tips, Our house is ground floor, No needy to carry stuff over stairs, They did not press much on the same.Trust will have same happy feeling in long term usage. Product is so far good, any one planning to buy, can go for Newer Model 25LSC4 though it cost 1K more.

I must say I am happy with this product till now. I had read previous reviews where people have written that they did not receive the starter kit and was a bit scared too, but fortunately, I received the 6 piece starter kit as a separate box handed over to me by the courier guy. The demo was also done within 24 hours of fixing a request on their toll free helpline. The demos posted on Youtube are better than the live demo. The guy did not even spend 10 mins at my house and wrapped up the demo quickly.The product looks promising and occupies good amount of space in your kitchen. You need to keep in mind the 1400 W electricity usage while operating it though. I received 2 grill stands, one Tawa, one Glass plate in the box. The starter kit has a recipe book, 2 plastic containers, one big serving spoon and idli moulds plus a plate for roasting papads and a measuring plastic cup. Need to get the borosil utensils from the market.Overall, a good experience. It'll be too early for giving performance review at this time but will share more of it once I gather more experience using it.

Excellent product with a good brand name. It has been more than three years since I bought it. No issues till date. Highly recommended.

This is my initial review of one week usage.All options working fine and 25L just enough room to make 2 or 1 chicken quarter tandoori. Microwave + Grill combo makes cooking faster, much faster cooking than OTG. Microwave solo functions work fine. Used Convection only to preheat yet to bake anything. IFB service personal came for demo after couple of days of delivery and explained everything in detail.In addition if you are planning to buy extended warranty don't go for bundle that Amazon shows, that one is third party. Better go with manufacturer extended warranty only. This is my second IFB product and I'm finding it reliable. Will update my review if anything changes

Got during sale offer at a discounted price of 9k only, The delivery guy opened the box to show contents and left after id verification and signing the delivery leaflet.Contents: Oven, Recipe book, UserManual, Starter kit:2 bowls with lid, a spoon, 2 idli molds, a plastic ring (its writtent it is for roti, papad)Oven has nice metallic body (i think still would need a cover or frequent cleaning to prevent oil smudges.The panel has touch buttons and panel is easy to clean because it is totally flat.The only problem I have now is the power cord is too short, one may need an extension for it.Overall a good purchase.

The product was purchased in particularly because it was mentioned on images and description that it is comes with an oil free cooking function. The technician/ installation guy said it is not having this function . Really disappointed that sellers use false information to sell their products

You can't bake perfectly in any microwave so don't fall pray to advertisements because the way OTG/Oven works is very different from a microwave.Indian cooking can be done effortlessly on the gas stove and induction, microwave can't come close to that.So, make up your mind as in what's your requirement and then make a buying decision.I fell for the advertisement and bought this so can't blame this microwave.All in all it's a good product but alot of work is required and because you don't have many books or youtube videos on cooking in a microwave you get stuck with it and use it for basic work.
