OR to take 1-3 packets a day.I'm thinking they mean use up to 3 packets a day.Well I wouldn't do 3, one packet gives me the same energy as I get form other mixesand lasts the day.Note that the price reflects the convince of sealed travel packets. The flavor is okay. Reminds me of those chewable Vitamin C tablets. It's pretty sweet in a standard 16fl oz bottle of water. Almost too sweet for me. What's strange is it didnt seem to want to dissolve. I had to shake it for a good 20-30 seconds to break up the clumps of powder. And even then, there appears to be orange-colored specks at the bottom of my bottle that dont seem to be water soluble. Perhaps the solution is saturated and it simply cannot dissolve, I'm not sure. It's good enough to use the rest for some emergency energy at work since I bought it, but it's not good enough for me to purchase them again. Subject to change, and if it does, I will update this review.

This reminds me more of a pre-workout energizer then just an everyday drink mix. I do love the fact that it was low carb and zero sugar and I under stand that the energy part came from the caffeine but dang it made my heart race. The orange flavor was nice and citrusy so it made it refreshing but not a drink mix you can drink one right after another. I felt that $38.21 was a bit to high because each little pouch of mix would be around $1.27 a pouch. Would I buy this again, probably not.

These are fantastic. They taste great and there is an obvious energy boost that is very clear headed. No weird jitters like you would get from too much caffeine or energy drinks. And there is no hard crash. It lasts for at least a few hours, but I am not sure how long exactly. Because there is no crash, I don’t really notice when it stops working. It gives a good clean boost and I have no problems having them daily.

I mix this energy & focus powder with 16 oz water and some ice in a blender and it is still has a strong sweet citrusy flavor. Less water would be too potent for my taste. The product dissolves well and is easy to drink. Each packet has 125mg of caffeine so not recommended after 3pm as it could interfere with sleep.I drink one of these prior to a workout or when I need an energy boost during the workday.
