I purchased this tea during my first trimester, thinking the ginger and turmeric would be a great, healthy option. After consulting with my doctor, I found out that turmeric in higher quantities isn’t ideal during early pregnancy, as it may stimulate the uterus. The tea smells lovely, and the quality seems great, but I decided to avoid drinking it because of the potential risks. This is a good option for general use, but if you’re pregnant, especially in the first trimester, it’s better to stick to simple teas like ginger or mint. Always check the ingredient list carefully!
