I spent days looking for something to both scoop out seeds from the homemade citrus juice (these are rootstock fruit and are extremely seedy) and for scooping out hardened fat from homemade broth. These work perfect for both! they are lightweight, easy to maneuver but could be a little longer. I also use them for scooping out and draining pickled jalapenos and dill relish. I am happy with the price. Priceless! Nothing else has worked this good or this fast.

This is such a small thing but these three little spoons have helped me out a lot. If you need to drain things you spoon out of jar this is an easy way to go. Why did I wait so long? Nice angle, kind of like a Chinese soup spoon.

The gaps in the spoon should be somewhat larger because for a spelling, that is required, but it is a good product since it is made of stainless steel.
