The arch support is soft under my feet and the bands are not too tight around my feet. The supports are thin enough to wear comfortably with shoes. I also wear them around the house with slippers to prevent pain from my flat feet. Cons: the supportive cushion becomes flat after a couple of months and they do not machine wash well. However they are not expensive so I think they are worth purchasing.

Bought these for myself and someone else. Helps with plantar fasciitis or if you need extra arch support while being on your feet all day. I've sprained both ankles in the last few years and suffer from pain and when I wear these while being on my feet all day/ lots of walking, I've noticed it truly has eased the pain around my feet and ankles.If you have flat feet or over-pronation, I recommend you wear these, whether at home or inside your shoes to help improve your foot health.

Bought these for arch supports and wore for less than a week and they were flat. It isn’t this specific type, i have tried others, they all do the same.

I use these nearly every day to help with plantar fasciitis pain. I spend many hours on my feet walking on concrete and these help keep the tendon supported. My only complaint is the elastic band on one of them started to pull apart after about 2 weeks of wear, and now it pokes through my sock unless I get it positioned just right. I don't have any issues getting my shoes on when wearing these and they stay in place the whole time. I wear these in addition to arch supporting insoles.

After getting these and seeing how flat and useless they were, I went back to the strutz brand, which is amazing. It’s not even worth the gas to go and return them so quite frankly, I threw them in the trash.
