Paid a bit more than I usually would but was worth it. Fits my son much better and he says it's much more comfortable than his last one. He gives it 2 thumbs up. Was really easy to mold too, following the instructions provided.

The dual cage is hard to fit and uncomfortable, especially when it is recommended to bite down hard for 1 minute. Other than that, the product seems decent enough for the price and fits well.

Just what I needed worth every penny, fantastic ergonomic equipment that comes with the mouth guard as somebody with a large jaw structure I have countlessly fumbled around with other mouth guards just to never get them to fit properly. However, this mouth guard came with a jaw brace which you put the guard in to allow for a perfect fit.After heating the mouth guard and putting the brace in my jaw and aligning the guard over it I got a perfect fit first try. This mouth guard is perfect for boxing has never once fallen out while sparring and protects the teeth and jaw from concussive hits very effectively.

Iv had a few gum shields for rugby and this one has been the easiest to fit. The end result is a very tight fit that I need to physically pull out. Very impressed.

I got tired of off the shelf mouth guards constantly falling out during kickboxing class. I started looking into getting a fitted dental mouth guard and was ready to spend the ridiculous $120-$150 to have one made. While searching for reviews on dental mouth guards, I came across OPRO instant custom fit mouth guards. The reviews seemed promising as a possible option to try. So, after a bit of pondering I figured I’d give one a try before dumping over a $100 on a dental mouth guard. The forming process was pretty much the same as any other mouth guard, but the addition of the dual form tool made forming easier and provided a tight fit. The mouth guard basically clicks in place and stays put. It takes a little force to pop it back out, which is exactly what I was looking for. The mouth guard in the forming tool is a bit bulky, so it’s a bit awkward to get in and out of your mouth. It’s taller and thicker than the standard run of the mill mouth guards, so it covers more area and provides better protection. I am very pleased so far with this mouth guard, so I ordered another for a backup spare. If someone is looking for a great custom fit mouth guard for MMA, kickboxing or other contact sports without dumping a small fortune on a dental mouth guard, OPTO instant custom fit mouth guards are a great bang for the buck option.

Other than the front is a little bit teared everything is good, fits perfectly

Tried various shock doctors and underguard boil and bite mouthguards, this is levels above in terms of fit. Really snug fit to the point where you need to actually pull the mouthguard to get it off, and it's thin enough to comfortably breathe and speak. it's been holding up well for a month now with no material coming off, really worth the price.

I’ve used many cheap boiled mouthpieces in the past. I’ve started boxing so I’m definitely going to get socked in the mouth a few times. I decided to invest a bit more money and buy a higher quality mouthpiece, and this blew me away. I’ve never had a mouthpiece fit this well, and the difference is night and day. This thing is not coming out unless I pull on it and I can speak clearly while I’m wearing it.Update: After getting hit a few times, I can say for sure this thing isn’t leaving your mouth, especially if you bite down on it like you’re supposed to. The fit has loosened up a bit, but it’s still locked in there.
