Estoy utilizando un protector tipo paperlike (rugoso, tipo hoja de papel) y se comía las puntas normales e incluso los protectores en menos de 2 semanas (uso diario).Llevo usando la primera punta más de un mes y todavía no empiezo a notar ningún desgaste, sí recomendaría que se utilizara siempre con protector de pantalla porque puede llegar a rayar, no es la punta más cómoda para usar en procreate u otros programas similares, pero yo me terminé acostumbrando y me resulta mejor no tener que estarme preocupando por si ya llevo la mitad de una punta y voy a lastimar el lápiz o algo.
