This is an amazing product - as a retired professional bodybuilder, half-marathon runner and now just an middle aged athlete finding balance, this product has come in clutch for pain relief from nagging knots. Its extremely easy to use, you just have to make sure it is fully suctioned to the skin, if not, then it can fall off. I also love the heating feature as well as the red light therapy. This is the best bang for your buck in pain relief. 10/10!

At the end of last year I saw these on a Facebook ad and I thought I'd give them a go for some muscular issues I hadn't been able to resolve on my own. They were on sale through the company's website, not Amazon, so that's where I ordered then from. Fast forward to a literal month later. I had sent several emails (there's never anyone manning their "live"chat and I never managed to get anyone on the phone either) asking for an update on when they would ship-mind you, their website says orders process in 1-3 days, and the first two email replies said thatit might take up to two weeks since they had a backlog from the holiday sales. But the two weeks came and went, and subsequent questions were answered with "it's still processing but don't worry they're coming" despite me asking several times for at least an estimated ship date. I finally had enough and told them I wanted a refund, to which they responded that it "wasn't possible" to cancel the other even though they still had no proof that it had even been packed or had a tracking number generated. Spoiler alert: they could and did cancel it after several more back and forth. I ordered here instead since apparently they prioritize sending stock to Amazon- I'm 99.9% sure that the hold up was that they ran out and didn't want to admit they were on backorder, because every time I even suggested them being on backorder direct from the company I got nothing but canned responses that didn't answer what I'd asked. So yes, I'm happy with the product itself, but customer service from Revo is basically non-existent. Hopefully I never have any issues that would need a warranty replacement because I have zero faith that it would actually happen.

I am new to cupping entirely, and definitely skeptical. I received this item very quickly, instructions made it very easy to use. And what a huge difference this has made as a recovery tool!! Definately start at level 2 and work your way up in 30 second increments over time. Works great for my shoulder, traps, and chest recovery. This has also been a relief for my knee pain due Chondromalacia patella.

Bought for my adult son as a Christmas present. He was a track athlete and is currently a track coach and he absolutely loves it, and has used it multiple times! I would highly recommend! He tried it on me and it helped with pain and muscle tension. I did not feel the heat but it may have been the setting. Found it to be effective on the areas we used it on.

1. Do not put on your nipple. It will suction. It will hurt. You will make twenty bucks. 2. In all seriousness. Did use it for aches on my wife's back, shoulder, and leg. Utilized for about 5-8 mins on each and she said it felt a ton better. She had gotten into a car accident and so the shoulder was super stiff. Some slight pain when first suctioned but great relief after. In comparison to other shoulder (which didn't have pain during suction) it showed there really was an issue. Good waylity, charges easily, easy to use. Different mode strengths and heat levels. This is ideal for recovery. I use it only when I need a good cleanse to a bad spot. Would recommend to anyone for some at home cupping and pain relief.

My bf bought it, he loves it. It really helps him w his knots, the suction really works well, love the heat setting. Definitely recommend, best cup for at home cupping therapy. Not too small & not too big, it’s the perfect size, well for traveling too. Easy to use and set up. Easy to clean. Works perfectly. No complaints thus far.

Too strong

Delivery was poor. Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Maybe that was unlucky.... When I opened it, didn’t turn on. Plugged it in, works ok. Won’t charge, tried several cables. Feels very light compared to similar products I've since bought, most likely no battery in it. Will only work when plugged in which is the same problem other people seem to be having. Will return or put in the bin.

this is not the device as in the description. the display does not display any digits. it is without a brand. I see in other companies and the display works well, I do not have it.
