INSE Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, Stick Vacuum with 6-in-1 Rechargeable Vacuum

Obviously this unit is much cheaper than Dyson and Tineco stick vacuums that we also own and the suction is average with good battery life.After17 months of ownership in a second home which translates to about 6 months of use, one of the male connection pins on the motorized head got bent from head changes. I tried to straighten it with pliers but was concerned that the pin could break. When I pushed the head back on, both male pins were pushed into the head assembly. I noticed a small screw on the backside of the assembly and was able to remove the cover and find both male pins intact with a slight bend in one. The good news was that neither pin broke off and each were still connected to the electrical wires. I was able to straighten the one bent pin, move/snap them back into their proper positions and the motorized cleaner head now works again. Looks like this saved me buying a new head now out of warranty.

Pretty good vacuum. Great value per dollar in terms of suction power, but it seems like they were being very specific about the suction for the thin flow head.If you are like me, and you accidentally sucked up a lot of dust bunnies while it has no filter because someone else in the family forgot to load it in, and the vacuum is now plugged, then look at my image to see how to take it apart. Start from the black ring at the top, use a sturdy pocket knife to get in there and pop the clamps. Thank me later. Good luck.

This little cordless vacuum is great for smaller clean up (in between deeper cleaning). On the lower power setting, which has the longest battery life it picks up surface debris. It is great for smaller quick cleans. I use it at my work office. It does pick up much better at the higher setting, but runs out of battery life a lot quicker. I think it is great for the quick in between pick me ups just to keep everything neat and tidy. You will definitely need to do a deeper vacuuming with a more powerful vacuum. I would recommend it for the smaller quick day to day cleaning. Easy to empty, clean out the debris container and I like how the battery can be charged not taking up a lot of space. It is a good buy.

Warranty honored! I contacted the seller who gave me my warranty info which I forwarded to [email protected] The service was quick, the process took a few weeks with us first receiving a new charger and then receiving a replacement battery which did the trick. The warranty is for 2 years from the date you receive it from Amazon. I’m please to have in back in service. I only gave 4 stars back, because I believe they did know there was a battery issue and it would have been nice if the issued a recall. I noted the email address for warranty or customer service. [email protected] 7/21: Originally we loved this unit, for quick pick-ups. but it stopped working after 5 months, Not worth the price we paid. We were very careful with in, hung it after every use, kept it clean and charged the battery when low. I don't recommend buying it now. will update again if they make good on the warranty.Perfect for my needs. Easy to assemble, easy to use and store whether you are hanging on the supplied hook or disassembling to store in a small space. Well thought out design. There is not enough information on the dust bin. It comes completely apart with TWO washable filter. I’ll wash mine after each use. Because the inside filter does it’s job and picks up the finest particles. It did such a good job, I couldn’t see the photo of a faucet (symbol for washing) under all the dust.I live on the beach (sand!) have laminate wood with low pile area rugs and it’s does pick up lots German Shepherd dog hair off a the low pike rug. Picks up flour off the floor. It excels on hardwood, tile and laminate floor. Great for stairs. The brush tools DO SNAP DIRECTLY to the power vac motor to make cleaning easier.Now I’ll talk about cat litter - perfect job picking up litter on hard floor and a low pile rug with both the power head or the tools.So many options with this unit. I paid $130. But a day later there was a coupon for an additional $18 off.My only suggestion is to be sure to hang it or lay it down when not in use so it doesn’t fall. It’s too heavy of course.If you are looking for deep cleaning a pile rug, this is not going to be your go to vacuum. It sure does a great job otherwise. I think you will be pleased not hauling a cord around makes keeping a clean house with a dog, cat, kids, and adults easy.Add it to your cart, I don’t think you will find better fir the price.

I bought this vacuum on Prime Day. At the price of 141.00 delivered to my door it was very affordable. It was packaged nicely and the directions were easy to follow. After fully charging, I gave it a run and found that it is sturdy, light and durable. The only downside that I can see so far is that the suction is slightly lacking. I own a Dyson V8 and found that this vacuum on high is slightly more than the low setting on my Dyson. It does have decent suction but not exceptional. Of course it will cost about 1/3 as much as the Dyson so I guess that is somewhat to be expected. The battery charge lasts a good long time. I was able to vacuum my entire 1800 square-foot home and used less than half the charge on the high setting. From that aspect it definitely lasts longer than the Dyson battery. If you were looking for a lightweight, reasonably priced, convenient stick vacuum this is a reasonable option.

We bought this due to a positive review by an elderly couple as we both are retired folks. This little stick vac does a very good job in our 2 bed/2 bath condo (about 1300 sq Ft) covered with vinyl planks and a few larger rugs. I can vacuum all of the vinyl before the charge ends. There are two suction speeds but it does well on the vinyl with the lower speed. We use higher suction on the rugs. It’s lightweight and has great maneuverability to get in low, tight places. It’s important to clean the vac well before recharging so suction can be maximum. We keep ours mounted on the wall of the wash room. I need to add we have a shedding dog and it does a great job picking up hair. You may need to clean it out during the vacuuming to help suction. We would by this handy vacuum again.
