Functional, but poor construction.
I use these gloves for paddle power when surfing bigger waves in Northern California. They do a great job of building strength and providing extra acceleration to get into waves, with a nice grippy palm-side.However, multiple seams unravelled after just a few uses that required resewing on my part to continue using. The neoprene at the "corner" between the two velcros on each glove just plain failed, and I had to apply ugly little patches of Shoe Goo to keep the damage from propagating. I also use a pair of Sharkfin gloves that show little wear for comparable usage, but the Sharkfins are a pain to get on and off my hands. The poor seam construction in these Hyperflex gloves is an unacceptable defect IMO, but they are the cheapest (in more ways than one?) webbed gloves available. I am not sure the neoprene structural failure can be construed as a defect, since I subject them to pretty hard usage. Although, it would be nice if they held together a little better than they have. Your mileage may vary ;-)

Side seams blew , but usable.
Poor construction- The side seams blew out on the first wearing , within 3 wearings, both the pinky finger and the thumb sides, of both gloves were completely opened with the stitching gone.Other than that the materials are good and they work well for paddling in bigger surf. Good and grippy on the board . The webbing makes a huge difference in paddle power.Your forearms get a bit sore with these, and if you have tennis /golfers elbow you probably should not use webbed gloves for paddling, in general.Just be prepared to stitch them up yourself. Not fixable with duct tape!Hey, Hyperflex, how about adding tape, glue, and like 3 extra rows of stitching to fix this problem during the manufacturing ? Could you cut the neoprene to eliminate the lateral side seam? Figure it out please guys. We need paddling gloves that don’t fall apart!

Not very durable
I bought them for surfing. Fit ok when they came. They worked great but the seems on both gloves busted open. They still worked but in chilly water my hands got cold quickly. I don't see any sizes above medium... I would say it is ok to buy them but make sure you have plenty of wiggle room when you first try them on before testing them out in the water.

Used to be good, fall apart first use recently
I have used these for over a decade for surfing in Northern California, I always liked them for the amount of power I can apply for paddling while riding big waves or longboarding. The material on the palms always wore out relatively quickly, but that was okay with me, I just used them until they fell apart. I bought 4 pairs in January, every one of them started unraveling along the little finger or thumb within minutes to a couple of hours of first use. I contacted customer service by email and they keep promising that their warranty department will get back to me but they do not. Sadly, I guess I have to find another webbed glove for my surfing which is unfortunate because I did like these gloves. Too bad the quality has just completely gone downhill. And the customer service is nonexistent.

Good for paddling but very thin
I use them for surfing (I am a beginner) and they help for sure to get the speed to take off more easily. However they are very thin and do not protect at all from cold water.I previously purchased some other brand that was thicker and protecting against cold but could not find a suitable size so I ordered these H20. I was a bit disappointed when I received them as I expected them to be a bit thicker, but as they fit well my hands I keep them and use them every week. They are good and I just wish they would be thicker

Love them
They are sized small. Be forewarned. However, I bought the xsmall, and they fit me perfectly. I am tiny woman (5'1") and have small hands. I did get a little tear in them, but then again, I used them for kayaking (though I bought them to go surfing). They are lousy for kayaking, and absolutely wonderful for paddling out. Using them really gives me momentum. They are a little tricky to get your hands in, and they are a little fragile, or I would have given five stars. All in all a good value.

Product is great but...
So the product is as advertised and delivered on time and as described by the seller. The design was the issue, I use it for surfing when the water gets too cold. The problem is that it works great for paddling but makes it hard to grab on to your board. A fair trade off as it makes paddling much easier but still worth mentioning.

Great design i guess some better/alternate material would make this ...
Started having serious wear and tear after just couple usages, wholes started poking thru without me being tough on it at all, besides that it really helped with swimming. I wish it was tougher product. Great design i guess some better/alternate material would make this gloves must have for snorkeller / scuba diver like me.
