Used this for THREE washing machine drains
We have a washing machine and two pedestal washers. Even with the included adapters, the ped washer drain lines would not all fit into the existing drain hole in the wall. I used a couple of 45s and a short length of PVC, attaching this at the top. All three drain lines go into their own hole and all three can actually drain at the same time without any backflow ( because of the 45s)
