Love the 4-in-1 function. We have this on an auxiliary sink and it’s great to have only one faucet that’s does it all but… the filtered cold takes forever to get cold and the faucet does not shut off immediately. Also the first unit we had leaked the first time it was turned on and customer service never returned our calls. I would not buy again.

Is amazing looks phenomenal works great some people complained about volume control all you have to do is set the correct volume for you house underneath the sink with the j valves.

I love my 4-in-1 sink. I show it off to guests and recommend it widely. The product looks sleek. The controls are sturdy when using them. I was able to install this by myself with basic tools. I finished by caulking around the edges.As far as I can tell, this is the only 4-in-1 on the US market. There are other models in Europe and Asia.This refactors so many kitchen water processes into your ordinary faucet.- The instant boil tap makes my life smoother throughout the day and in a pinch -- I drink hot water / tea all day long and no longer have to reboil water. I no longer have to wait to heat water to boil pasta, dumplings, vereniki, etc. -- it really streamlines cooking and making a meal quickly.- No brita refilling or clunky attachment to the sink nozzleAfter you use boiling water, you'll have to develop the practice of running tap right after so that the next sink user doesn't accidentally get burned with the leftover boiling water in the hose.The feature that would make this the perfect product for me would be if the normal sink water control had variable flow and heat -- warm tap can only come on at full blast. The pressure is not SO strong it makes a mess; I just put my hands lower in the sink to prevent splashing. It's not ideal, but it isn't an impediment to me enjoying this product which is such a life improvement in every other way.

Looks nice. Instant hot water works great. But when I do the dishes, the faucet floods my sink area, the floor and me. The faucet is on either full blast or not at all. Will probably have to go to the trouble of returning this and getting something else. It's not something you can get used to.

The 4-in-1 beats other "instant hot water" systems in its functionality. The overall quality of the tank, filters, and faucet is superb. The description of what the 4-in-1 does is quite unclear though, I had to read it several times and largely guess at what it does. Why can't it simply say "regular hot/cold and filtered hot/cold"

We’ve been using this instant hot water and regular combination unit for a year and I’m so glad I decided to get this.Positives:Really does take 3 seconds to get boiling water.Negative:No scheduler… would be great to be able to completely power off when I’m guaranteed to not need it.. say midnight to 5am. It only cost pennies during this time but would make it perfect for my needs.
