Not as good as a Varier, but is cheaper!
So it's a cheap copy of the concept of a kneeling chair. It goes some way in the respect that it's a kneeling position, but misses some of the points of the original in that it doesn't rock and therefore doesn't encourage core strength and balance. The angle of the knee cushions made my shins ache. That said, it's better for extended office use than a normal chair, and an awful lot cheaper than the real McCoy. If you can afford a Varier Balans, then do so - but if not this is okay. Quality not the best; mine had a crack in the frame. The instructions are dire, and the video so fast you can't follow it! You pays your money and takes your choice.
