I've been using liposomal vitamins for the last couple of years after reading of their increased efficacy and absorption in comparison to standard vitamin supplements. I feel this brand is effective and the pricing is extremely reasonable. Every year from October through March I increase my vitamin c intake from the recommended 2 capsules to 3 and am able to consistently ward off sickness despite working with children who are notorious germ magnets.
