I purchased this after my physical therapist had me use something similar at my appointments. This allows me to continue the therapy at home. The product is well made, has non slip patches on the top to help with stability and is easy to use. As my balance is very poor at the moment, I stand near to our kitchen island so that I can use light finger pressure on the bar to keep me stable, but hope to wean myself from that soon. As a bonus, this also includes the stretch bands which are a great addition for strengthening my muscles. Well built product, great price, and user friendly. (Showed it to my physical therapist and they were impressed with the product.)

This is a great balance board. It can hold up to 300 lbs. It is a smaller size than most balance boards. But, I can put my feet shoulder width apart with ease on it. It has a grippy,no slip surface so there's no worry about sliding off. I have really strengthened my knee and my balance since I have begun using this. My core is a lot stronger and even my posture is better. You don't have to pay a lot to get a great product. This is one of those products. You will get the results you're looking for. Whether it's for balance issues or rehabilitation of an ankle, knee, or hip, this will be a good board.

The balance board is sturdily built and can handle a person my size (270lbs+ or 122.5kg) and is actually a fun challenge to maintain balance. The rubber bands are okay, have not used them; yet, the board itself is good.

I was so surprised by the quality of this simple little balance trainer...and how effective it was at getting my balance back. I have a spinal cord injury and a permanent ankle injury that caused me to be a little wobbly sometimes so I was extra skeptical that this thing was going to help me at all.and at first I really needed it near the counter so I could hold on..but over 3 month my balance slowly got WAY better..and my ankle got stronger..which means I stopped walking so ridiculous all the time. Double bonus the grandkids think it is great fun and even the 5 year old balances on it and tells us it is his "wakeskate" board. ..that kid should have been born with fins.

I have had balance issues for a few years now and this is a great way to work on balance while just watching tv.

My wife broke her heel and was unable to use her foot for six months. This ihelped, in the rehabilitation process. It’s also fun for everyone else in the family to use. As we get older, we don’t maintain our balance as well so this is definitely useful to keep up on that.

This has a round base like a ball cut in half. It is way to wobbly for a rookie. The range of motion is too extreme. I need to work on my balance so I have to get one that only goes side to side like a see-saw. If you hkave good balance this might be what you want. But if you plan to sit on this or place bare hands or arms you're going to be sandpapered, The surface is exactly like sandpaper. Good for keep you feet on it but not clothing or bare flesh. Very well made.

Love my balance board. Still working on stand alone squats but thinking I'm going to be in top shape by the time SUP season rolls around next summer!!
