My daughter really enjoys this. Good first bow, I know nothing of bows. But it works, only down fall are some of the plastic parts of the arrows have broke and non usable now. Oh and it did come with a arm guard, but finger guards would be more useful.

As described. My disabled son is able to use easily.

the bow itself is quite nice for a beginner however the arrows are really fragile. If I had to estimate, within 10 or so sessions of shooting you can expect all of them to be effectively useless. my suggestion would be to buy some super glue to fix them, or alternatively buy better arrows seperately.

Ich schieße seit über 50 Jahren mit Pfeil und Bogen, davon fast 5 Jahre als Junior- und Minitrainer. Ich habe den Hanspy 15 lbs Bogen für meinen 5-jährigen Enkel gekauft. Er war eine sehr positive Überraschung – ein deutlich besserer Anfängerbogen für Kinder als erwartet. Seit ich ihn 7 Wochen lang bekommen habe, schießt er damit 4 bis 5 Tage die Woche ein bis zwei Stunden. In ein paar Monaten, wenn er super gut damit umgehen kann und sich dann immer noch für das Bogenschießen begeistert, werde ich ihm einen super (und teuren) Recurvebogen kaufen. In einigen Bewertungen beschweren sich Leute über die Qualität der Pfeile. Sofern der Pfeiltyp seit dem Kauf ihres Sets nicht gewechselt wurde, werden ihre Pfeile schlecht behandelt. Das Set enthält 9 Pfeile, und alle 9 sind nach 7 Wochen noch intakt und funktionieren einwandfrei. Was verbessert werden könnte, aber zwangsläufig mit höheren Kosten verbunden ist: Im Set fehlt ein Tab (Fingerschutz). Die weichen Plastikteile an der Sehne können zwar als solche verwendet werden, das Gewicht in der Mitte der Sehne reduziert jedoch die Pfeilgeschwindigkeit ein Bischen. Die Pfeilnocken sind zu breit für die Sehne. Dies lässt sich mit einer kurzen Mittelwicklung lösen, da diese aber handgefertigt sein muss, bedeutet dies wiederum einen höheren Preis. Wer keine eigene Wickelapparat besitzt, kann einfach ein kurzes (2,5 cm) Stück selbstklebendes Klebeband um die Sehne wickeln. Dieses kann dann zusammen mit den beiden Fingerschützern als Nockpunkt verwendet werden. -------------------------------------------- I have been shooting bow and arrow for more than 50 year, during almost 5 years I was junior and mini trainer. I bought the the Hanspy 15 lbs bow for my 5 years old grandson. It has been a very positive surprise, a considerable better childrens beginners bow than I expected. He has been shooting it for an hour or two 4 to 5 days a week for the 7 week since I received it, and in a few months, when he is super proficient with it, and if he still is excited at archery at that time, I shall by him a super (and expensive) recurve bow. In a couple of reviews people are complaining of the quality of the arrows. Unless the arrow type has been changed since they boght their set, they are maltreating them. The set contains 9 arrows, and all 9 are still intact and in perfect working order after 7 weeks. What could be improved, but necessarily at an increased cost: The set is missing a tab (finger protector) and the soft plastic thingies on the string can be used as such, but weight on the middle of the string reduces arrow speed slighhtly. The arrow nocks are too wide for the string. This can be solved with a short center winding, but since auch one is handmade, it again means a higher price. If you don't have a winding device yourself, you can simply use a short (1" = 2½ cm) piece of self-adhesive tape around the string. This can then be used together with the two finger guards as a nock point.

Wir haben Spaß mit diesem Bogen. Meine Tochter ist 9 Jahre alt und schießt gerne damit. Qualitativ sind wir sehr zufrieden. Ich würde ihn wieder kaufen

Der Bogen ist hochwertig und gut zu handhaben. Eine Stunde hat meine Tochter durchgehalten, dann war sie erschöpft. Die Pfeile halten nicht so lange durch. Bei 3 ist die Sehnenführung weggerissen und somit nicht mehr nutzbar. Also gleich ein paar Ersatzpfeile mit bestellen und ein Fingerhandschuh für die Zughand. Ansonsten macht es Spaß.

Gute Qualität und für Kinder gut zu handhaben schönes Geschenk zum Kindergeburtstag gerne wieder Erwartungen erfüllt

Für Kinder ein super Artikel. Allerdings auch schon recht gefährlich wenn mal ein Pfeil daneben geht. Aber mich über die gute Qualität gewundert.
