Diverter is well made and works well. It did have a "squirt" leak from one of the openings, which we blocked (not fixed) by wrapping a tape on it.

Half the price of the big box store with the orange sign, which didn't have the ones I wanted in stock. Amazon had it here the next day. Solid, good plating, the knob moves smoothly, far easier to use than the one it replaces. The washer was enough, no Teflon tape needed.

I had gone through so many cheap plastic Home Depot diverters before deciding to check a.co. This one is the one. Price was very reasonable, and the operation of the valve couldn't be smoother or easier. There is absolutely no backflow drips, the water only flows to the open side. Since mine is attached to a bidet sprayer, it also works effectively as a water shutoff, so you don't need to readjust your water temp if you need to step out of the shower to grab the washcloth or loofa you may have forgotten. Installation was a piece of cake and it came with plumber's tape. I definitely feel confident in the sturdiness of the valve, and finally feel like I won't have to make any changes or adjustments to my shower head setup for some time.

The valve leaks beWe have water rationing and I only have water for about three hours in the morning. The only thing about this that I can cope with is I prefer to take my shower at night rather than in the morning. I took off my showerhead and installed this diverter in between the house water lines showerhead. Then I set up a trashcan with the submersible pump in the bathtub and ran the discharge hose to this diverter. This allowed me to use my submersible pump for my shower, or house water. It had the added benefit where I could use the house water to fill up my trashcan my putting water back to the pump This worked okay except the diverter leaks when I am pumping water from one of the half-inch male pipe ports to the other. Water leaks back into the third port and runs out the bathtub’s picket Of courses this will not work, so I am going to have to go back to a traditional manifold with valves on it, or I will try it a different three way valve. under normal circumstances I would return this valve and get a replacement and see if the replacement work. But it takes me a week to get an Amazon delivery, so if the next one didn’t work then I would be another week out to buy something else, and I need to get this fixed as soon as possible. So, I am saying that you need to consider the possibility that this valve may not provide total isolation between the ports tween the male pipe thread ports
