This is probably the best multi-vitamin for sale right now. I know the individual who headed up the development of this product and he is very dedicated to the highest possible ingredient quality, right quantities and best processes to insure you put the best in your body. He has even recommended other brands when they put out an exceptional product that might be a little better than what they are offering in that category, at that moment. I have a lot of trust in him and the product. There are soooooo many products out there that are pure junk, even those that do some really convincing advertising. It's really sad what third party testing has shown in about 90% of the cases, sometime even worse. We have to be very careful what we put in our bodies. Start with LOTS of real food, starting with food without ingredient lists, especially ingredients other than the food.

I wasn’t sure I felt a difference… till I ran out. Normally I don’t notice anything from my vitrines but after not having them I noticed I was less focused and felt like I didn’t have as much energy. I feel like the quality is definitely better than most. It didn’t have any weird after taste either. Huge plus

I’ve tried several different multi vitamins and this one works the best for me. I struggled with my iron levels to be able to donate blood. 2 months with this vitamin my iron levels are back where they should be.

I love these vitamins and can tell they are being absorbed, however they are too expensive. I wish they would make them affordable and use smaller bottles to avoid plastic waste. Or put more in each bottle.

Great vitamin but the vitamin B is very strong and if this makes you nauseous, you might want to try something else…

This multivitamin is just perfect. It gives me energy, it contains both Hyaluronic acid, Biotin and Ashwagandha so I don't have to take them separately. Smells a bit funky but no real taste. Easy to swallow capsules.

This is not a great product. Besides the smell and horrible taste that you burp up. This multivitamin made me very tired and always feeling blah. I was always feeling tired the whole day after I took it. Once I cut it out, my energy levels went back up. This product is Nothing like the other multivitamin products they make. I have always loved the quality of Solaray products and have been using them for years. The Specto multi by Solaray was always a favorite of mine. Unless they change this formula, I’d pass on this one.

I am nutritionally deficient as my doc has said, but when i started taking these ive felt less dead. Btw i found a video onu-tube about how a thymine deficiency can cause people to have nervous system problems, and make people think they have ibs and other bowel and belly disorders, but really its thymine deficiency. Vegas nerve is an important one too! Good luck!Oh and this vidamin is like a normal vegetable capsule, not huge, not tini.
