great value for the money
I like the size, shape and sturdiness of this and am using it for a greenhouse to protect my plants from the deer, squirrels and other critters. Instruction were pretty easy to follow but I suggest you read through them a few time before assembly. One thing to note: if you have dexterity issues with your dominant hand, assembly may be difficult for you. I lost dexterity in my right hand when I had a stroke, and pushing the two little knobs in at the same time as you put the pieces together was difficult, I had to use painter's tape to hold down one while I pushed the other with my fingers. Also the door is a bit difficult to figure out and adjust. Overall, very happy. I did buy rebar ubolts to secure the unit to the ground as we have high winds here.

New Protection for the Flock
This run took us about 6 hours over a few days to complete. The frame was a breeze. We opted for 1 X 1 welded wire in lieu of the chicken wire that came with the kit. Chicken wire is not really strong enough to deter critters from chewing through, so it will be used for something else. We also used our own tarp that we already had, so the one that came with the kit will be repurposed. The welded wire is a bit of a chore, but it will be much better for predator protection. The door latch is okay, but if predators are really an issue, a stronger lock might be needed. We love the streamlined look of the run, and the chooks have a roomy, shaded and dry area to roam around. It was a worthwhile investment.Although it ended up being a bit pricey because we didn't use some of the components, we would recommend this run to other chicken keepers.

Great for my purpose
I have used this about 8 months, and for my needs, it has worked out well. I use this as a large extra-space run for my chickens. I have 11. They have a large 5x5 coop - and a run attached to that, that is 5x12 with hardware cloth all around. I attached this product to my existing run. I elected NOT to put the chicken wire on the back - and backed it up against my current run. I secured the sides, and an automatic door opens from one run to the other. I originally had an open fenced area - but it didn't have a top - and a hawk got 2 of my hens. With this product - nothing can fly in and hurt them - plus, I can walk in, and not have to bend over because it is high enough...which is a lifesaver if you have back problems. The chicken wire could be stronger -but for a day-time outdoor run...it is perfect for me. I put hardware cloth around the ground all around it, so nothing can did in - and secured with stakes. So far, so good. Good price and it is very large. I got the double rounded top one. Wished I had started with this - way cheaper than building your own run with the cost of supplies now.

Get what you pay for…. or do you even?
I knew this was not going to be the sturdiest of coop options, it’s pretty cheap, but thought it was a decent starter structure until we built something more permanent. The frame goes together very easily, and then…. count on spending the rest of your day stretching and attaching chicken wire to it. As other reviewers have stated, have twice as many zip ties on hand before you even start. Once you’re done and put it in place, forget the anchor pins that come with it if you get any bit of wind, and be sure you install something much better. The attached tarp serves as a nice kite, which gets great lift and off your coop will fly. Also, I recommend drilling holes and screwing the poles, which form the doorway, into place, or else they will slip out of place, leaving large gaps in your door opening. We’ve since spent just a little more money and the same amount of time to build very solid structures that haven’t budged in the same storm that wadded up this coop. In the end, we’ve spent more time and more money modifying this coop to continue to be a reliable shelter than it’s worth. I would recommend just starting with something sturdier if you are handy, especially since assembling this is not exactly quick and easy. I wouldn’t buy this again, but it is not the worst thing, WITH modifications. Without modifications, it’s a piece of junk.

Very well built! Survived a hurricane!
I am trying to upload photos, but this chicken coop is great! Easy to put together (if you don’t get step 1 backwards). Nice size for our rooster bachelor pad. Withstood Hurricane Beryl! This thing stayed in place for most of the storm and then caught a gust that pulled it up out of the ground, over a 4ft fence and landed in the middle of our pool! It stayed in the pool until the storm was over and when we fished it out of the deep end, it was still intact with only one small bent piece! I did have to put a couple of new grommets in the tarp that pulled loose, but to fly 30 yards over a fence into a pool during 50+ mph wind gusts of a hurricane is amazing!

Perfect in a pinch.
We have had this run for about 6 months now. It was pretty easy to put together, one person built most of it but it took two people for some parts especially the chicken wire. The chicken wire is coated and stretchy which has pros and cons. If stretched too far it did break, which isn’t good for keeping things out but we just needed to keep chickens in so it works for our needs but I highly suggest adding hardware cloth. The door isn’t as sturdy as I’d like - which could be a user error or the design - but if it’s shut and “locked” and gets pushed on at the bottom or top of the door the frame of the door itself twists causing a gap. Not a huge deal, but something to note. It’s not too heavy, so is easy to move even once assembled. All in all I would buy this again. I would also probably did a little trench so it’s a smidge below the ground or add hardware cloth skirting around the outer edges because it’s easy to dig under but again that’s a user thing and not an issue with the product itself.
