Started using this ages ago, it is a body oil, bath oil (be careful makes bath very sloppy), I use it as a foot soak, I am elderly and it is so gentle keeps my skin soft and helps to keep nails which are sensitive in decent condition. Really a pocket friendly product which does MORE t an it promises and as a bonus smells gorgeous
