Pumpkin Seed Oil is the MAIN Ingredient
I've been using AZO off and on for years with better results than Oxybutnyn or other drugs. However, the "Men's AZO" is no better than the "women's AZO". In fact, I found that 'pumpkin seed oil, the main ingredient in these AZO products to control nighttime bathroom trips is what you need to take but in a larger dose. Amazon sells 1000 mg 100 Softgel Capsules for $16.00, and they are more effective than "Men's AZO" I've been taking. I'm 80 years old, a 23-year prostate cancer survivor, and I take one of these pumpkin seed oil capsules about 3 hours before bedtime, and it has cut nighttime bathroom trips in half.

Vast improvement for me
I've taken a pumpkin seed oil supplement in the past, so I ordered these with low expectations. But, with these AZO capsules, I noticed a difference the 2nd night I took it. Both my urgency and frequency have been greatly reduced. I know supplements don't work the same for everyone, but the improvement for me was dramatic. From my past experience with regular pumpkin seed oil, they helped for a couple of weeks, then the effect wore off. I'm into my 3rd month with these and now consider them essential!

I think it works?
Been taking this for about 3 weeks now. I believe it helps, but not completely. I still wake up and have “to go” a time or two in the night. I’ll probably buy another months worth to continue trying it. Gettin old sucks.

a big waste of money, did not wore at all.
I tried this product?? for 3 weeks and did not notice any different in the frequency of the urge to urinateA waste of time and money. Will take my family doc advice and see a urologist next or a holistic Doc.
