I have try almost everthing to get my cycles on track, but with PCOS makes things a bit harder for us women that has PCOS. I have cycles every month but they are still so far apart but in the past I will not see a cycles for months and times before that it has been years. Taking the vitex is doing what it say it do, help, and so far it has done this, I got my cycle this month already before ordering the vitex but i takes them to help with the long cycles and tonight for the first time ever I got a + OPK, I never had a + one before until now, I also must state that I am also on omga3 fish oil, a women mulit vit., CO-Q10 vit., and projestreone cream, and the vitex. I am TTC my first child and I have been trying for the past 12 years. All the vits that I am taking is a bit much but I am praying it was worth the try. Sorry I left out I am also on metformin 1000mg 2x a day but this med can really be heard on your insides and run you to the restroom, this is to help with my blood sugars. This product worked well. I took it for delayed period and within 10 days of taking this I had a period that was lighter, less painful, headache free, I also felt much more calmer, and overall better compared to past periods. This product did for me what provera couldn't. I had no side affects with vitex agnus. I took 1 capsule 3 times a day to bring on a period. I plan on taking a few other herbs with this next time, dong quai and parsley to see if it helps more together then on it's own. I highly recommend this product, just be aware this one isn't a very high dose so if you buy, plan on taking more then just one a day to see benifits

I've taken this product daily for over 5 months now and I haven't had the luck that many others have. I am taking it to aid in regulating my estrogen to possibly lead to a menstrual cycle. I have more severe issues than needing it to help with regulating an already existing period though, so if you're somewhat regular it will most likely be more beneficial. No side effects or noticeable differences that are negative either though. It's worth a shot for those of you who made need a little boost.

The bottle cap was broken and the top of the box was missing when I first got it, but it was still sealed, so I wasn't too worried.First some background, I'm a nonbinary trans man with PCOS, severe PMS, debilitating cramps and heavy period for over a decade.I used up the whole bottle taking one a day, so that's how long I've taken it. It seemed to help over the course of a month. My acne got better, as well as cramping before and during my horrendous "shark week". It definitely lengthened my luteal phase and made my bleeding lighter from my charting. It also appears to have made my cycle one day shorter and lighter. It seemed to also help stabilize my hormonally affected mood (PMS) rollercoasters. I'm not quite as ravenous, irritable and impatient the week before and during. I didn't notice any negatives taking it.The only thing is, I feel it wasn't quite strong enough for me. I bought another brand that's 400mg I'm going to try and I'll see how it compares.

I used this for 2 months to help regulate my period after being on the pill for over 10 years. I have been using this for several weeks now and I see an improvement in my hormones. I feel less crampy, my breast are less tender (they would get very sore a couple of weeks until my period would arrive), I also noticed lighter periods and less acne. I think it is also helping balance out my overall moods (I am prone to anxiety). Overall I think its helping, I am not sure if the doze needs to be higher or not but so far I am content.
