This binder is a beast, so you'll get your work out in by moving it around! It definitely weighs in at 11.5 lbs as described (maybe a bit more!). The construction of the parts is great and the rubber grip makes holding onto it a bit easier. I hope with time that it stands up to the job and my first impression is that it will last just fine. The mechanical part of it of works, but feels a bit rough at times. Maybe a little bit more lube will help free it up. It is a bit overkill for me, and I'm ok with that. I don't see an issue with this lasting for quite some time at my place as it will certainly hold anything I use it with on my tractor forks or trailering.

These binders are great. I have ordered 2 at first to see if they were what I wanted. I ordered 2 additional and am ordering 2 more. The ratchet handle folds down so it easily fits into the tool box of my trailers. The ratchet assembly works easy and is easy to reverse direction with gloves on. The chain hooks are heavy to fit 5/16” and 3/8” chain. They are quick to use while anchoring equipment and I am retrieving my old chain binders and use these in there place

Don't go cheap on your binders. These things are very reasonably priced and much better quality than what you'll get if you try to save 10 bucks and get the cheapest ones you'll find. Very smooth operation and well made.

i use this ratchet binder to secure my kubota m62 backhoe to trailer,my hands are not strong,being able to put the ratchet in neutral makes it so easy to spin the nut by hand taking slack out of chain quickly, the folding handle is convenient for storage or ratcheting where you dont have room to have the handle all the way out ,i gave my lever binders away after using them once,they are difficult and painful to use,ratchet binders are easier for me and these peerless with folding handle and neutral are the cats meow

Purchased these because of great product reviews.Would buy again - And recommend.But wouldn’t buy from this vendor. No quality control.All 4 look worn/used.

Great for attaching power equipment to a trailer. Work very well. Finish is excellent.
