Quality Product
We have used them once and love these clippers. They are quiet, light and do a great job of cutting hair. These are more expensive than what we have bought in the past but the less expensive ones only last a few years. We assume these will stay sharp for a very long while. We would buy these again. The blade oil included is very small so I suggest buying a larger container of Wahl professional grade oil when you buy these clippers. Enjoy!

Other negative reviews was not my experience.
Other people on here have negative things to say about this product. What they said on here I have not had that experience with these clippers. From what I experienced with this product was, it’s metal, it’s very nice as in quality, it’s quite, the plastic organizer box is fantastic and well thought out, it’s a complete kit and I feel like it will last 10 plus years. The chord on it is heavy duty. The only cons I can think of is the plastic taper lever wish this was metal too, the clippers are heavy for all day use this might be a problem but I’m only doing my own hair once every 2-3 weeks, that only takes 20mins so that’s not a issue for me also the carrying case (not the organizer box) sucks they really dropped the ball on that, with all that being said my complaints are nothing to me because once u have this thing in ur hands u will know u got something that’s built with quality in mind and all the little issues u have tend to be over looked due to the quality of the main product.

worth the money.
Wow it zooomed through my grandsons thick and curly hair. And it is quiet. My old clipper got stuck and would pull his hair. Yeah your paying alot but as they say you get what you pay for. It comes in a nice tool box and the trimmer attachments are good to but a little hard to place them in there slots as they are not marked which go where.

Nice and quiet.
So far I’m impressed. Packaged well. Not loud and plenty of accessories. I easily zero gapped them myself for a closer cut without the guards on. I would by again if needed.

Organized and Functional
I am a big fan of things that are organized and have storage for extra parts that come with the item and this set of clippers nailed it! The box that everything comes in is very robust with a solid latch for closure so you wont have to worry about it breaking or accidentally opening up on you. The box itself is a good size and easily fits into multiple spots to give you options for where to store it. Inside the main box is the clippers and another box for all the guards that come with the set. The box for the guards has a slot for each one making it really easy to find the one you're looking for and not worry about losing any of them. It also has guards for each side taper to make cutting your own hair easier. The clippers work fantastically and operate at a fairly quiet hum. I felt no pulling or snagging from the blades as they cut cleanly through the hair. The blade has an adjustment lever to allow for more fine tuning of your cuts to make cleaner fades. Each of the guards were well made and clip on the blade very well and I have not had a single one fall off or shift on me while using it. The set also came with a brush to clean the hair off of the clippers, a comb for your hair, and oil to keep the blades running smoothly. I was very pleased with this purchase.

Pays for Itself - Time and Money
Time is money, and of course, money is money too! I hate waiting at the local barber shop through several other haircuts for my turn, when I could be back in the shop being productive. Due to increased traffic from another business, it has become difficult to tell how many might be ahead of me. Then there's the cost of about $30 for the cut itself. My wife suggested that she could mow my mop well enough, so I went clipper shopping on Amazon! I'm rating the Wahl clipper itself. The storage case could use some improvement, but the clippers are great! They cut well - no pulling! I recall as a kid, my dad would cut our hair and his old clippers pulled more hair than they cut lol! These Wahl clippers come with all the attachments and the instructions are ok. My wife had no problem giving me a decent haircut on her first try. She now has several under her belt. We've paid for the clippers already, and they are still good for many, many more cuts. The cord - Yes, it is a bit inconvenient, but I bought these with longevity in mind. I'm no barber shop, so my concern was that a cordless would spend more time sitting around, with the battery getting older by the day, to where it would have to be replaced with little actual real use. Not so with the corded model. It's going to just keep on cutting hair, and with an occasional drop of oil, will probably still do a decent haircut twenty years from now

Quality clippers, but the case SUCKS.
I've preferred Wahl clippers over other brands for years. I sprung for a higher price model this time and the clippers are fine. The metal body certainly adds more heft in the hand-feel and I trust that the motor inside is staying cooler as advertised. They clip hair fine. I love the hair length guides. Their metal clips make them STAY ON during use. Not one guide has fallen off yet! The size markings are easy to read and they are well organized in their own sturdy storage box, making finding the guide you need fast and easy! The braided cord is thicker and longer than other clippers I've had, so that's nice. All of these things feel premium because they are... However... Wish the cord's strain relief had a hanging loop on it so I could hang the unit up when I need to free my hands, rather than set it down on a wet counter. Why is there no hanging loop on the strain relief on a product with this high price point? Shouldn't you get more features for more money, not fewer? Cheaper clippers have the hanging loop: it's literally just a tiny extra bit of plastic that doesn't add to manufacturing costs whatsoever, so it's exclusion from this premium clipper set is a headscratcher, no pun intended. This really irks me and with all the problems in the world it really shouldn't irk me this much, but it does. Oh, and the plastic storage case sucks! It looks dumb like a child's toy, not a grown man's grooming appliance, and it's too small and tight inside for the clippers AND the cord AND the set of guides. It's so tight in there, the thicker, longer, premium, braided cord that I paid extra money for has to be BENT HARD at a sharp right angle at the strain relief to fit inside the case, it's as if Wahl wants me to wear out the cord quickly. Why, Wahl, why? Just why? So, I knotted some string on the cord's strain relief and threw out the crappy plastic storage case that looks like a kid's toy and put everything in an old soft-sided zippered clipper case and all is right with the world again.
