High quality item which I would definitely recommend however...As others have mentioned these run large. Maybe they should just post a seize chart and force us to use measurements. I ordered the 7 to 9 size for my 8 year old boy and it was way to large. Promptly ordered the 6 to 7 size and these are also to large however they are much closer to the right size so we are keeping them. They will probably fit in a year.He is 50.75 inches tall (4' 2 3/4"), 22.5 inch waist, 13.5 inch thighs, 13 inch torso.The top is super long which I love since my family has longer torsos but the 6 to 7 top goes all of the way down to below his crotch and could fit a 25 inch waist or even bigger with stretch.The 6 to 7 shorts could fit someone with 15 inch thighs or even bigger since they stretch. The waist fits him with less than a fingers width of looseness.Hopefully this will help others in ordering the right size.

Great colors, good quality, RUNS BIG
My son wears a US child size 8; we bought the size 7-9 years but it is at least one size, perhaps even two sizes too big for him. Unfortunately he removed the tags, so I'm not able to return/exchange for a different size and cannot advise on proper sizing. We purchased it for him to use indoor spinning at home, so he's able to use the padded pants while spinning even though they're baggy. The shirt is equally too large, but eventually he will grow into the set.

Works Great for My Daughter
It's hard to find kid-size cycling clothing, and this stuff seems surprisingly good.Minor issues:1. As some have mentioned, the sizing can be all over the map. I don't think this is a manufacturing issue; we're all just different shapes. FWIW I ordered this size 7-9 for my nine-year-old daughter and they fit fine. Truth be told, we ordered two DIFFERENT sizes and returned the one that didn't fit.2. Sadly, I can't find these as shorts-only -- just as this set . I would love to buy more shorts (we have plenty of jerseys already), but can't find them separately.

I purchased this item for my 13 year old son to ride a 60 mile ride. He was very pleased with the fit. Runs a little bigger than expected. The padding in the pants was much better than anything we have purchased in children sizes.

Great Quality!
Seems to run big. Ordered a size 6-7 for 7 for an almost 8 year old and could have gone with the size 4-6. The good news is, it is wearable and now we have room to grow! Great quality, grandson loves it! Will purchase again.

This seems to be a good quality product but the sizing just runs ginormous. I ordered the smallest size (size 4-5) but the product that came is marked as a “medium” and is huge on my 5 year old. Not sure if the sizing is off or I was sent the wrong size?

Bought the size 7-9 for a 9 year old but they are way too large - at least 2 sizes too loose on the shorts and too long in the shirt.
