The heat on this is amazing. At first I thought it was broken. I had it on the highest setting for one hour and could barely feel warmth. I was going to return it, but tried a different outlet and a different usb power adapter… and it works perfectly. Almost too hot. Which is exactly what I need. It’s wonderful and comforting for my dry eyes.

This eyes heating mask is as easy to use and works as well as the more expensive brands. It is well worth the price. Ive been using it every day now for several months, and I have no complaints. There are 5 heating and timer stages. I use the highest (hottest) stage. You arent going to ever get burned with this device. That's never a worry. The highest heating stage feels moderate to the touch. The eyes will like it. You set the heat level and the timer before putting the mask on. Because it's USB powered, it will take up to 2 - 3 minutes to reach its selected heat level. So there's no rush to have the mask in place after selecting the settings. Nothing more expensive will work any better.

The mask heats up well but it’s oddly shaped and small it doesn’t block out light very well and it still sits too close to eyes so you can’t freely move you eyes without lashing hitting mask. It very uncomfortable

This is the best heated eye mask / hot compress for the eyes that I have seen. On the highest setting it is actually too hot for me, but that is great, one step down is perfect, and it gets hotter than any others that I have looked at. Also, the timer goes up to 1 hour which is great, again more than I need, but you can always set it for shorter. If you set it for longer then you are going to wear it then it ensures that all the water you have sprayed on it evaporates, instead of causing mold or a musky smell. There are a couple things I would change, but I gave it five stars since it is better than any others I have found. I would like the outside to be removeable for hand washing, instead of just spot washing. And, the cord should come out of the front top instead of the inside bottom where it rest against your cheek slightly, but is not very bothersome when compared to what it offers.

I like this heated mask. I've been using it twice daily and my eyes feel so much better. I used to have red tired eyes and now my eyes just seem to be better. The redness is gone. I would recommend it.
