What is this made out of?

It’s made of metal it is a solid piece it has some weight to it it’s a well made pedal I bought it for my husband and he was pleased with it

can you just send me the bracket and screws for the back so i can use it..did not come with it?

Contact the seller and get them to send you a bracket, should have came with two and four screws

What is the maximum width pedal it will cover?

Not sure. It fits on my 2005 Chevy trailblazer just fine. Has issues with tighten up the bracket but width wasn't a issue
