Works if you do it right
This product is very easy to use. My experience only accounts for if it's done right. The tire needs to be prepped, 1. Clean the tire with a wet rag 2. sand the are where the patch will go so it can stick better. 3. clean the hole it's self and then wipe it all down again. 4. insert the plug and pull it through. 5. use a tire stitching tool to stitch the patch. 6. install tire, inflate to spec, and then trim the excess plug sticking out. Spec says not to ride a plugged tire over 80MPH. All of that said that is exactly how I used the product in my garage and it has not leaked a single psi in an entire year. I got a flat on a tire with literally 30 miles on it and had no intention of buying another. The method I use is considered by manufacturers to be a permanent solution. I've not taken it over 80MPH and it works absolutely perfectly.

Good product!
Had 3/8" bolt stuck through a two month old 3/4 ton truck tire. This plug and patch design works great. I knew this was a big hole so I put a second larger patch over it as well. Holding air fine better part of a year now. I've used these in several other tires now as designed and they hold great.

Works like a Dream
Works like a Dream! Saved 2 tires so far after getting punctures. I had one New Tire with under 20 miles on it that picked up a nail. Problem solved. Tires are Expensive!!! This item works great and saves you big bucks in the long run.

You will never get the product you paid for
There are many plug out there these are a great price and great quality. For those who don't know theses plug patches can only be used if the tire is dismounted from the rim. If you don't have a way of doing this then they will not work for you.. However if you can't receive FEDex ground because FedEx is a bucket of farts, then you will never know about these plugs. So, you say let me order then I will re direct the FedEx ground, heck no. The company has it locked so you cant. Well I will contact Terratree Inc and ask them to re direct. "Unfortunately, due to Amazons policies, we are unable to change the delivery address or location (of delivery), once the order has been processed" is their responce. So you get nothing and like it. And need to wait 7-10 business days for your refund to be issued so you can order from a company who will actually get you the product you paid for.

If you get a flat tire, this is not ...
If you get a flat tire, this is not the tool to use to patch it on the road. I keep some tire worms and cement on my motorcycle, and use them when I get a flat. When I get home and have time, I demount the tire, drill out my worm and use this to make a permanent patch. If you have the tools to demount and mount a tire, this is the way to go to permanently fix a tire. I have been running two patches on my rear for 4k miles right now without any leaks.

Step up from fiber plugs
Product is as advertised. I've used many fiber tire plugs over the years, but recently had a hole in a tire that wouldn't seal, even with 4 fiber plugs. Plug and Patch worked fine, recommend keeping some handy as a back up for holes to big for fiber plugs to seal.

Cannot be placed through the outside an car tire
Despite review this can not be placed through the outside a car tire unless there is a very large cut/hole. It the cut/hole is large enough to get this device through from the outside I suspect this device will not adequately repair and the tire is probably so badly damaged that it should be discarded. The tire must be removed and then replaced to repair with this device.
