These are good for a diabetic or if you’re on a keto diet, they taste just like coffee cake. They’re very delicious. Very soft. I have one usually in the morning for breakfast. I love them. I buy the biggest box they have of them

Good flavor
We have been cutting carbs and eat very little sugar. These have 17 carbs a bar and taste good. Nice and soft and we can taste the cinnamon. I took away one star because they were shipped in a paper bag and all the boxes were crushed and the bars inside smushed. Next time ship in a box with paper wrapping.

I couldn’t find these at the grocery store so I ordered them here. Delicious!! I love Fiber One! I’ve had bad constipation since I was like 10 year old so adding a fiber one in my diet is a non-negotiable!

Taste good, but came damaged
The bars were tasty, but unfortunately they were squashed into an Amazon envelope instead of being placed in a box. The box they came in was flat in the envelope and broken. The bars are also broken. Will not order again if that is the way they are packaged.

This product has changed. The used to be yummy, but the sweetener was changed .Personally, I can't eat them.
