Not as described they are not white they are off-white and while the label says 12 inches the bag says varying sizes. I might be able to use them for games with our youth group but not for the parties I intended them for.

Pretty pearl sheen- lasted a long time!
These balloons added a nice neutral color to the balloon arch I made for my daughter's graduation party. None of them popped as we blew them up and they were had such a nice pearly sheen to them. We left a few blown up balloons on our dining room table and they lasted for months! Don't hesitate to try these!

Great For Decorating A Brides Room
I used these balloons to decorate the brides room on a recent bachelorette weekend getaway and they looked great. They definitely have a touch of a pearl to them that is very pretty. My only issue was three balloons in the set came with holes in them but for a package this big I did not find a huge problem with that.
