Yes, there is wire inside the stem that can be straighten out or bent as your need.

Can the plant be taken out of pot or is it glued in?

It's glued but you can still get it out if you wanted a different pot. It is really a nice, inexpensive, artificial orchard. I have ordered more of different colors

Any method to fix the bent/twisted petal damage that was caused from packaging and delivery? Just got it now super bummed it's looks horrid.?

Sorry for the shipping issue caused, please take out from the box and you can use the airdryer to iron the petals, and let it still for few days, it will slowly recover from the shipping.
