Overall this is a great product. The material is very sturdy so it stays in place. It really makes you sweat. The only thing I would recommend is to make the arm length and arm size a little bigger. The majority of the buyers are looking to get arms and back smaller, so those are the problem areas.

Like it. Used as a sweat top during work out. I ordered 3X and it fits like an XL. I was still able to zip it up and wear it over my t-shirt, even though it was a bit small and short. I was not uncomfortable during my workout despite the top being small. I guess I sweated more due to the close fit.

Top runs a bit small, supposed to be a tight fit. Wore with pants for a brief time & did sweat quite a lot. Can't wait to wear for a longer period of time. Unsure if it can be thrown in the washing machine so will have to look up. On to delivery. Put a sign on our front patio gate telling delivery ppl our unit is BEHIND our gate so delivery people would stop leaving packages in front of our neighbors' door & stop leaving them in front of the gate for the world to see. Now, they can't be bothered with opening the gate & hiding packages behind a big pot placed by the front door specifically for that purpose. One guy just tossed a package over the top. If this continues we'll just stop ordering from Amazon.

This is short on my arms. Perfect for winter. Too big to train my waist however. I like it though.

I have had this weight loss jacket for a little over a week now and I can say that It’s a great product. It really tucks me in all over and makes me look more uniform when wearing it. I also sweat more when working out. I pulled it off and I was drenched in sweat so be sure to drink lots of water. I am 5’7 in height, I weigh 242 pounds and I’m 37 inches around the waist and the XL fit me exactly how I wanted it to very snug. I really feel like it’s helping tone my body because I look slimmer since wearing it. Overall I love it!

Love the Waist Trainer jacket. Very comfortable to wear. I was worried it might feel too tight and restrictive, it is not at all. I highly recommend this jacket. It wears well under your sweatshirt without making you feel bulky. It’s comfortable to workout in. It’s perfect for sauna time. I'm very happy I went with this product and recommend it to others.
