Fits just as well as when I first bought the headphones
These look and feel exactly how the stock pads did when I got these headphones. Installation was easy enough, though I would stress that a little bit of finesse is required to get them to snap in to the cups properly. Just go around the edge and push in until you hear a little click.I've had these installed for a while now, and they seem to be holding up great. The foam is still springy and the pleather hasn't begun to wear out like the stock ones did. We'll see how long they last, but so far so good!

Great, inexpensive replacement; Read for installation instructions
Replaced my bose headphone covers recently after ~4 years of use. Tested them out and everything seems good. My first impression was that they were a little harder than my bose's original ear cushions (original cushions felt quite soft). But maybe that's just after a long period of wear.Installation can be a little tricky, but not as a result of any defects in this product. I recommend using a small flat head screwdriver or plastic spludger (more ideal) for installation. There are little plastic tabs (about 8 of them each side) that need to catch the cushion's inner rim.1. Identify where the little plastic tabs are on the headhpones2. Hold the cushion in place with your hand and use your tool to gently push into place. Push from nearer the edge of the cushion's plastic and it should snap on without issue. Make sure you're pushing where the little plastic tabs are (which you identified in #1)3. After snapping in all 8 (I think) tabs, should be good to go.

Perfect fit
Replaced 3 pairs of these on three of my Bose headphones. One pair is over 20 years old. All fit perfectly and are as comfortable as original, if not more comfortable. Extremely easy to install, took only a minute. Take your time and click every tab by pushing gently around with your finger tip. Have had no problems with any of them, perfect fit 👌🏻Time will tell how durable they are, but for now, I’m extremely pleased and will gladly by again when the time comes

Love It ...Except One Thing...
Pads look great , work great, made my headphones like new again. But one thing , it was hard to snap pads into the headphones, I would up having to superglue them to each earpiece. A better explanation of this should have come with the product (or online) . I had to watch several videos on YouTube just get an idea of how to install them. But I still live them so far, they made my Bose over the ear heAdphones like new again! I would be happy to recommend this pads if better instructions are promised.

Why did I wait so long? Cheap and easy to replace on my Bose earphones
I have had these earphones since I started my job in September 2012. These ear pads have been flaking for months, but I recently started looking like I had black dandruff every time I used them. I searched on Amazon to see if hey had replacement pads as my local Bose store has shuttered (as have most of the Bose stores in the US). I then looked on YouTube for a video on how to replace the ear pads to make sure it was a replacement I felt comfortable doing. I received the earphones in one day, and was able replace the pads in about 10 minutes. Why did I wait so long to replace these pads?! They were super affordable and so easy to replace. I won't waste my time in replacing the pads again if needed.

Impressed
Not sure how well these will hold up, but I am impressed so far. I have owned 2 pairs of Bose headphones, and with each pair the ear pads deteriorated (flaked off) after about 2 years. The first pair I traded my headphones back in and got a new pair for $99. This time I figured I would just replace the ear pads. Well Bose was going to be close to $30, so I figured I'd try these. I cannot tell a difference between these and the pads I had on the Bose (before they flaked off). My Bose headphones are QuietComfort 15, and the pads fit just fine and they are soft. Anyway, we will see. I don't use them as much as I used to (when I traveled by air a lot), so I'm sure they will hold up a long time. Oh and if you do travel by air a lot, get a pair of noise cancelling headphones and save your ears and enjoy your flight a lot more. I recommend these, and if your not happy with them, send them back.

Good replacement ear pads
The ear pads are reasonably easy to install, as the plastic notches inside the earphone cups (which hold the ear pads) are small. With a little patience, they snap right into the notches. You have to flex the ear pads a little to get the ear pads into the last few notches. But a little work is better than paying for an expensive new set of Bose headphones when your ear pads wear out. I go through my ear pads about once a year - your mileage will vary, depending on how much you wear your headphones (I wear them a lot). I believe you will like them if you try them, and they aren't too expensive.

Just as good as the brand name
I use my noise cancelling headset nearly 8 hours a day so when the original ear pieces started to wear out I was worried about replacing them with something that wouldn't hold up. I'm writing this review several months after I purchased them and there's absolutely no sign of wear and tear. The initial installation was a little tricky but I'm rating that a 5 anyway since the super snug fit is what makes the noise cancellation work so well. I cannot tell the difference between the original ear pieces and these. Highly recommend!
