Very happy w it
Purchased December 2022. Still working great. Perfect size and weight for portability. Pen a cool added feature which I've been able to use for virtual mtgs. Flip feature allows for versatility for gaming, video streaming, and pen use.

Love the laptop but warranty repairs one month out are a pain
I got this new laptop less than a month ago.I tried the webcam for the first time yesterday. It was blurry and half of the image was blacked out.I tried all the usual things - - - reboot, check camera settings, wipe and clean the lens - - - nothing worked.I scanned the QR on the back of the laptop and got connected right away with Lenovo support. I was impressed. The rep asked permission to take control of my laptop, did a bunch of troubleshooting, asked me to take photos of the lens . . . nothing worked. He told me it was a hardware issue and I'd need to ship the laptop back to them for repair. I asked how long it would take and he said "undetermined". They do not provide loaners. This obviously means I would be without a laptop for the entire time they're working on it, and completely at their mercy regarding how long that would be.The rep also told me that they will send me an approval form to sign for costs involved just in case it's not covered under warranty. I asked how it could be less than a month old and not covered by the warranty. He said it was just a standard form to sign.It just felt wrong that I was the one that would be inconvenienced when it was their product that was defective. The rep opened a case for me and I asked if I could take a couple of days to try to source another remedy.I called Amazon. In true Amazon form, they came through like champs.Full return, full refund and I can just purchase another laptop of my choosing.I've already done so. The new one arrives tomorrow, and I will keep this current one for several days so I can transfer all my files from one to another.Still a pain - - - I'd just gotten this new one set up the way I want - - - but Amazon has once again proven why they are the leaders in customer service and customer support.Oh, and btw, call me a glutton for punishment, but I purchased this same laptop again as my replacement because I loved it.Pros:Fast, lots of memory, number pad (which I surprisingly use a lot), nice clarity and very comfortable using as a tablet with the included pen.Cons:Only 2 usb ports. My mouse dongle is in one of them all the time, so that leaves me with only 1 for external drives. If I want to transfer to/from/or between 2 drives, I need to either take my mouse dongle out, or use a usb hub.I will definitely test the camera the day I get it too, but I do like that the camera lens cover is built in. I had to buy a stick on lens cover for my previous laptop.

Chronically Defective Screen Problem
After our daughter's laptop's screen began separating from the keyboard (normal use, no "drops") about 2 years after purchase, we brought it to a computer repair specialist. He immediately recognized the problem as this particular Lenovo model is notorious for having this issue - apparently a chronic manufacturing defect. The cost to repair/replace the screen is nearly $500. Interestingly, he recommended another Lenovo laptop as a replacement...so it is not all Lenovo's with this problem, only this particular model. We've been very happy with our Lenovo laptops...but don't purchase this model!

No problems after dozens hours use
I'm pleased with this laptop. It's only a few ounces heavier than advertised.Intense use gets me about 7 hours battery life, so that's satisfactory so far.If it comes with stylus, that takes AAAA batteries, which I'd never heard of before

So, so!
Rather cumbersome to carry; performance not particularly exceptional or worse than those in its category. Battery life is good and charges fairly fast. The sound quality is average; and the screen is okay for size and resolution. Overall value for money is okay. But I won't choose it again.

Very disappointed
I initially was so excited about this 2-in-1. It looked great, it felt great, everything seemed awesome. But I soon realized that the laptop only had a 500GB hard drive when I had ordered the 1TB hard drive. Sadly, I had already put a skin on the laptop and had done a lot to set it up already, and I really just didn’t want to go through the whole return process since I need a laptop right now, so I just thought I’d bite the bullet and take the loss and live with a smaller hard drive. But then, after a couple days of use, the screen started to pop out where the hinge was. Nothing too horrible yet, but a concern since I had only flipped it to tablet mode a couple times. But the final straw was when the wireless adapter just stopped working. Finding it under the hidden devices in Device Manager, it gave me an Error Code 45 saying the network adapter wasn’t connected.Just a very disappointing product. Can’t say I’ll ever try Lenovo again.

Hardware issues & no seller support
This computer was not cheap so I expected it to work well. However, it did not. From the moment I started using it, it would crash in the middle of my work without any apparent reason. Of course I emailed the seller looking for support and the seller simply said.... uh, must be the operating system. 5 months after purchasing it, the battery will not charge. Then, with an almost dead battery, the computer went into a constant "repairing laptop" loop. And that is where it's at right now. The seller leaves no way to contact. Of course, I would like a refund for this POS. But I would settle for an exchange. Don't buy from this seller.

Mouse pad is possessed
Whenever I tried to scroll, the screen would go back to the top of the page by itself.
