Had 2 gummies on an empty stomach (after fasting for >24 hrs) and didn't experience any nausea/headaches compared to other women's gummies I've had in the past.I was hesitant to buy it because there're no reviews in support or against it. I made this purchase by reading the ingredients list and found that It has everything I need. I will re-purchase if the ingredients or taste don't change.Update: inconsistent production. Looks and tastes differently with every purchase. Good news though - no longer have low iron/anemia since I started taking these. My doctor is pleased.

Taste good and doesn’t upset my stomach!

Ordered these for myself and special needs daughter,who has difficulty swallowing pills. I thought this would be a good alternative since we are both iron deficient. The taste was pleasant, however the yellow color from the tumeric was heavily staining. My toothbrush bristles were yellow when brushing a few hours after taking these, making me convcerned for how they might be staining my teeth. Despite that issue, the taste was pleasant and these seemed to be an effective iron supplement.I reordered and the next shipment was drastically different from the first. They were brown instead of bright yellow of my first order, and appeared old and stale. The date on the bottles said otherwise, but when I tasted a gummy from the new batch, it was WAY off! Tasted stale and metallic, and nothing like the first order. I don't trust this new batch and have not used them. I'm afraid to give them to my daughter.There is no return policy so I can't get my money back or send them back. Just be aware of that when deciding to try these. Despite the generous coupon, they are too expensive for the huge difference in orders, possibly receiving stale and faulty gummies, and for there to be no way to resolve those issues.

These are the most vile gummies I have ever tasted. The closest thing I can describe it to is that it tastes like a wet dog smells. However, I don’t think there is a way around that for chewable iron. I know liquid iron tastes like blood.I have anemia and can’t take iron pills that have a super concentrated amount, so 1-2 gummies a day with 70-140% of my daily iron works way better for me. I also like that these have turmeric (which I used to take separately) among other vitamins/nutrients.I have started to swallow these whole and it’s uncomfortable but better than tasting them. I’ll buy them again because they’re a good value.

This is a great way to get iron and it’s a gummy. The taste isn’t great which is not a plus but your eating iron what else would you expect. Still not horrible flavor none the less. I especially like the addition of other vitamins added in this is a great product!

People complain about the taste but listen: I need iron and these taste good! Slight aftertaste that lasts for 4.7 seconds but. If you need iron—your body is like YES GIVE IT TO ME and these are tasty. I figure I’ll know my iron is good again when these start to taste bad lol

I have had seriously low iron for over a year and these have been the first iron supplements I've ever taken that didn't bother my stomach !! I love these so much I bought some for my daughter in law .. oh and they taste great too !!

I bought these to try to replace my current iron supplement and I am sold! They taste great, are easy to chew and don't give me any kind of upset stomach which some previous ironed supplements have. I plan to switch to these from now on.
