At first, I was skeptical about buying a refurbished device, but I finally convinced myself after reading about this company's reputation. The device arrived on time, just as promised. It's in good condition with only a few very minor imperfections on the front frame—I emphasize that they are barely noticeable. The battery health was at 92%, and it came with a charger, but the included cable wasn't the right one; they sent a USB-C to USB-C cable instead of a USB-C to Lightning cable. I would like to receive the correct cable from the seller. I waited a week before writing this review to be as honest as possible, and I don't think the device will have any problems going forward. Therefore, I recommend this seller 90%, deducting points only because of the incorrect charging cable.

I have been buying refurbished iPhones from Amazon for years. It works great, very clean and described. No scratches on the screen. Easy to use, easy to set up. Best value for your buck. Since it’s unlocked, you can take it to any carrier. I’ll be buying again in the future.

For the money, it's a good phone. battery only at 89% but i guess that's better than it could be. Still, i think renewed phone should come with battery life 90%+. took about 30 minutes to update and sync but worked well once completed. no scratches or damages. good value for money. sim card was plug n play from previous iphone. sadly i don't really like the new ios 26 update lol but thats not the sellers fault. Came with charging cable and charging block (usb-c) but no original iphone packaging. still i appreciate the charging block and cable that was a nice touch considering apple doesn't even do that these days

Just received it today, set it up and it's working perfectly. The screen is pretty much like new. The back is in perfect condition. The top of the phone has a scratch where it took off the paint. But, that's to be expected when buying a used phone. I just recommend wiping or resetting the phone completely before you start using it. Mine arrived without being reset. Overall I'm really happy with my purchase. And it arrived on the day it said it would!!

First time I ever bought a refurbished iPhone and it was excellent. Easy to buy, 2/3 the price, and high quality. I did not buy the premium renewal (no scratches and battery 90%+ health) but the standard which Amazon said wound be scratches you can’t see from arm’s length and battery health 80%+. The condition was near perfect. No noticeable scrapes at any distance. Looked good as new. Battery health 83%. The config was easy. I had my existing phone next to it and used the Apple method to copy everything phone to phone. Took 30 minutes but everything copied over including photos, messages, apps, settings, logins, Safari bookmarks, wallpaper, passwords, WIFI SSIDs/passwords, and even contact photos. Only logins I had to re-do were TFA and Authenticator, which is to be expected. I am using this new phone on my sailboat for WIFI only. Instead of spending $6000 for data displays on my mast I bought the iPhone 13 Pro Max for $450 plus a $50 bracket. It’s an unlocked iPhone (no carrier or SIM card) and by simply skipping the option to insert a SIM or use an eSIM, it configured and put me on WIFI automatically. All my apps and subscriptions work fine on the new phone plus old. Subscriptions are AppleID or user-login based not device based so you can reuse all your premium apps. AppStore also worked as well as getting iMessage on both phones now even without the cell services (since it’s data). So, very cost effective solution! I looked into doing this with my carrier (Verizon) but you had to activate a new line which I didn’t want to do. Plus their selection of used phones was not as good as Amazon and the new phones are much more expensive if you are not trading in. So this is a great Amazon service!

I was super nervous purchasing a used phone especially off Amazon through a second party seller, but this phone arrived in 1 day with prime, had to give a code to my delivery driver so it wasn’t just thrown around, the phone came in a standard white box bubble wrapped perfectly, the phone was in perfect condition, no scratches, no cracks, not even finger prints on the sides! All buttons function properly as well as the screen. The battery life was 88%, but it seems to last up to 2.5 days, I am constantly on my phone and it hasn’t died yet. I think I’ve charged it fully once since I’ve gotten it because it arrived on 50%. I couldn’t be more happy! I am super impressed and will definitely consider buying a used phone from this company again!

My new iPhone 13 Pro Max 512GB Silver advertised as being “Refurbished, Excellent Condition” arrived on-time and in near perfect condition with zero scratches or dents, front and back cameras were pristine, battery health was at 87%, and the iCloud data transfer from my old iPhone went smoothly and only took about 10 minutes. I was very overdue for an upgrade from the iPhone 8 Plus that I had been using for the past 6 years lol. Initially I was skeptical about the quality since the reviews are mixed, but in my case I have no complaints whatsoever. The phone is also covered by the 90 Days Amazon Renewed Guarantee, so you can test it for up to 3 months and if you aren't satisfied you can return it for a refund or replacement. I strongly recommend if you want a recent phone in near perfect condition for a fraction of the price of buying a brand new one.

2026-02-19 - Ordered phone 2026-02-22 - Received phone. Appeared to be in good condition. Set up phone for use. Noticed that battery not recognized and that screen had come from another iPhone. 2026-02-24 – Placed iPhone on desk and it randomly shut down. Then it would shut down and either go into a “boot loop”, or would not boot at all. Sometimes I could get it to start other times, not. 2026-02-25 – checked iPhone analytics data and found “panic-full-...” records, indicating "panicString" : "panic(cpu 0 caller 0xfffffff03877e1a8): \"i2c0::_checkBusStatus Bus is still in a bad state; last read status 00010110 int shadow 00010100 xfer 00000000 fifo 00000000 for device grimaldi\" 2026-02-25 – Called Amazon to see options for dealing with this issue. Was advised that I should reach out to vendor. I reached out to Vendor, who did not respond at all, within 48 hours. Likely Causes (as found by entering the panicString in Google Search AI): - Failed Display Cable/Assembly: The most common cause is a damaged or failing display cable or the sensor flex assembly within the screen. - Short Circuit: A peripheral on the I2C0 line is causing a short-to-ground, preventing the bus from functioning. - Logic Board Failure: Damage to the I2C0 controller on the main board.

This is my second refurbished phone, looks good, battery life was no surprise, like most reviews said, battery health was 88%, after a week it dropped to 87%, at first I was happy to get a new charger and iPhone power cable, but the charger didn't work at all, like a fake, to save the hassle I had to buy a new iPhone charger to use。
