Best Caramel on the Market hands down!!!! I don’t buy any other brand! All of Ghirardelli’s sauce’s are scrumptious!!! For the taste and quality the value and price is unbeatable !!! The caramel is a thick with a sticky but smooth consistency and lines your cups or ice cream dishes perfectly! Even after I pour the coffee into my cup the caramel is still stuck the walls of my iced coffee cup. The size of the bottle is great just one when I’m strictly using if for my iced coffee cups last me a couple of weeks but, it’s soooo good you’ll be putting it on anything you can!!! I love the flip top it’s so easy to use when your rushing around trying to make that ice cream for the kids after dinner or that cup of iced coffee before you hit the road for school, work, ETC… !!! So here’s your sign GRAB IT!!! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

Taste is gross

Delicious, Delicious .. the salty taste and sweetness brings these two ingredients into marital mouth tasting bliss. The product is great with its thick / yet not too thick to squeeze out / texture to put on top of ice cream and even smooth enough to top off your homemade expresso cafe. Ghirardelli has been a top contender for chocolates with no one able to imitate their quality. Their ingredients are above making it a true treat for yourself. Oh did I mention how many ways you can use this, try with yogurt, ice cream, coffee, cookies, toast .. the mixabilities are endless. Try it today. You won't be sorry you did.

Let me start off by saying I’m not a type of person to just write any review especially a bad one. I was just recently gifted my ninja café espresso machine for Christmas so I have been building my own little café bar. I decided to try this out to make a chocolate cold foam and let me just say this is disgusting. It has such an aftertaste. I tried it by itself and it still has the same taste not to mention it’s extremely thick and needs to be refrigerated. I don’t know why they say that it’s real chocolate nothing about it tastes real if anything it tastes more artificial. Torani chocolate syrup is way better I’m hoping I got a bad one, but if not, good luck with it, I will not be repurchasing it. This is just my experience.

Ghirardelli's caramel sauce has completely ruined me for any other brand — in the best way possible. This was nastiest, most horrible chocolate sauce I've EVER tasted. Ghirardelli, this is a major fail. The hot chocolate on a little McDonald's sundae puts you to utter shame! Don't waste your money!!

So good with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and banana! It's very smooth. You can't eat it while reading a book, though. The taste was more satisfying than other brands I have tried, richer, thicker.

While the sauce is good it is nearly impossible to get out of the bottle. Lot of waste. Would not buy again.
