I've been taking this sort of product for years but from other brands and highstreet shops. I've found a real difference from taking these. For me the most noticeable difference is i'm less tired (maybe a disadvantage for my partner) and my skin is looking better.Capsules are super easy to swallow even for a drama queen like me and contains all the daily requirements for a healthy immune system, skin and nails etc.Part of my daily routine and for me i've found these really good value for money when compared to competitors who don't offer as much per capsule - worth checking out some of YFT other products as you get more per capsule than what i've found from others.

I was taking a different Vit D and I had a "severe deficiency" in vitamin d3 that showed on my blood tests for a number of months.After taking these vegan vitamins d3 for 2 of months my level is fine! Highly recommended

A fantastic vegan friendly vitamin d supplement. I love the fact this product has 2500iu vitamin d3 with added vitamin k2. The complex formula makes it very effective and great value for money. I recommend to anyone.

There isn't too much to say about these. The question you want answering is do they work ? And I'd say yes.As a melanated person I lack vitamin d living so far North in the Northern hemisphere. My usual state in winter times especially, is drained of energy and feeling low but this gives the added vitamin d boost that I need to feel energised again. Is it down to the placebo effect? Maybe, but if it works it works.I am generally more alert and awake when I do the daily intake.The capsules do not really have a taste and is small in size so is easy to swallow with and without water.Overall I'd recommend this product. I am aware there is another vitamin in this capsule but I was drawn to the high amounts vitamin d each capsule had so that's what I have spoken about.

It's so nice to see supplement formulators following the data and including things like K2 with Vitamin D3. For many years I had to take them separately or suffer much lower dosages.In case you weren't aware, there is quite compelling data that vitamin K2 can be an important part of the process to ensure that calcium is deposited in our bones and not, for example, in our arteries.At this dreary time of year when we all need D3 for so many reasons, I'm delighted to see these intelligent new combinations.

These have a good high level of D3 per capsule, which is good for those who are deficient and trying to build up their D3.The capsules are easy to swallow as they are on the smaller size and they have no taste.You take one capsule per day so this is a four month supply.They are gluten, lactose and soy free.
