I ordered these last minute for the outdoor part of our wedding ceremony in Louisiana in August. Silly me had assumed that the all inclusive venue would have fans or something for guests, but I found out a week before they didn't have literally anything to keep my guests cool! I ordered these because they're classy and simple. They came quickly, and we aired them all out because they did have that factory smell to them. We put them out for guests and we all ended up using them not only outside, but inside when the dance store started heating up! The one downside is one of them did give me a splinter, so be careful of that.

Nice variety of colors, perfect addition for our conference attendees in the hottest month of the year.

The colors are nice. Seems like they were packaged before the glue was completely dry. Some pleats were stuck together but were easily separated. The smell of glue was fairly strong; maybe not a good idea for someone sensitive. If you have the space, I would recommend opening these up to air before sharing.They're not really big, and will fit in a purse or pocket so are good Church fans. They do a decent job of stirring the air. I gave them to the sisters in my Relief Society group.

We needed fans for a fundraising event in a hurry because the heat wave came on in a hurry and the event was outside. I simply picked the ones that could be here "tomorrow".What a pleasant surprise. These are lovely, well made, and perfect for our needs.Thank you!

It's great for a gift. It's very thin and the wood is very easy to break. Be careful it does have sharp pieces of wood that can cause splints in your fingers/hands. But it does the job if you don't mind the cheapness.
